The new GT range from Alpina is absolutely fantastic! A touch of elegance, an improved chassis, more power and real exclusivity, the best options that BMW can't offer in their standard trims! 😎👍

The weight figure, depending on your perspective, is slightly misleading. You have to subtract roughly 70kg from the EU weight, meaning this car would weigh a hair under 1.9 tonnes, to have an idea of what the car weighs without a driver. EU Unladen weight is with 90% fuel, a 68kg driver and 7kg of ballast.

ALPINA pricing is for a certain clientele. There is a lot of manual work that goes into those cars too. I visited their small factory

@@bmwblog considering that they still understand that their price should be between m440 and m4. No way anyone buys this over M4 if M4 is cheaper

​@@wurf5336 M4 is just a Coupe/ Cabrio.. so you don't have the practicality of a GranCoupe like Alpina offers! Much more you don't have the exclusivity, nor the luxury options, nor the level of comfort! But of course, it's not for everyone and that's what it makes it truly special! 😉
