1 cup strawberries
Handful walnut
1 tsp chia seeds
1 peg garlic
1-2 cups green tea
Add all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy.
Cooking you can make a meal using foods from display.
Quinoa
Salmon
Sardine
Fatty fish
Lentil
Tumeric
Bell peppers etc.
