You going to love the cornbread & make sure you use 1 tsp of salt and not 1 tbsp….. because I noticed in the video I used 1 tbsp instead of 1 tsp of salt

I want to try, but 1 cup sugar? It's got to be too sweet, plus cream of corn is sweet too..

You can probably try it with 1/2 cup of sugar instead and no sweet corn cream.

It is a little sweet, but the cream of corn balances it out perfectly!

Sorry, you lost me when you added the sugar. I know it's a personal preference, but I didn't grow up on sweet cornbread. I'm a bit of a deep thinker and have figured out that folks tend to like and prefer the foods they grew up on. I like the flavor of the corn.
