Hey when you're pushing higher difficulties that extra health is super good with inner peace because it regens a percentage of your hp! super good synergy! Anything helps surviving those bomb throwing assholes xD

Yeah, I used to hate building hp in act one, but now I don't mind it since I just see it as an exp bonus when picking justice. Same with lifeline, but that requires some hp to begin with.

There is a rare shrine in stage 2 that gives >60% cast cooldown reduction. In about 20+runs I only saw it once. Getting the cooldown down to -88% in the end. (killed the Jin by blasting him with multiple casts of meteor without even noticing it. On difficulty 0 though)

He doesn't really have enough HP to justify it, the 5+ levels in that passive wouldn't make inner light give him an additional 5+ levels and his survivability was enough that he was better off banishing it to focus on other things.
