Very nice dsiplay how strong Auto Attacks are. I actually made the complete different experience: for me the Strikes feel lackluster, but some Casts feel stronger. You might want to give the Time Field a chance, it made this stage way easier for me. Edit: i might have to add that this only refers to under 36 archers. Bask in Greatness is a game changer.

Yeah, powers feel insane on Kront and casts are insane on Merris. Strikes do feel decent on archer guy, but it feels worse to me then casts on Merris and can't even compare to Kront that can probably do darkness 100 blindfolded.

The issue IMO is the only about half the casts/strikes/powers/e.t.c. are actually good with maybe another 25% that are meh but not unusable and then another 25% that are outright bad. It's just that said 25% is spread pretty evenly amongst the gods so there's rarely a lack of good stuff to pick. Morts probably the one with the fewest outright dud skills though. Time is probably second. Everyone else is about equal, excepting maybe earth's i don;t have a good opinion on her yet.

@@arthena2130 I would add Lightning to that list. Tornadoes and Chain Lightining are good Strikes and there are some quite good Passives. Getting Hurricane is nearly a auto win.

In case you missed it on your last video, this effect can appear as a random affix on Tier 2 loot. You don't even need to RNG into this location, which is good because it's a relatively rare location. Tier 2 items have some insane affixes, check those Epics. For me, it was luckily a Mythic Relic so I can swap it onto everyone (except Avoron since he has a Talent with this effect). "Bob's Tooth of the Wisdom Revengeance" idk, one of those rng item filler names.

@@deredware9442 Well you sometimes gotta make due with what you get. In my case, I have a hilarious giga belt with +75% Legend offers. Every Master roll is a Legend roll since my total % hit 100 easily.

Did a dash cast Merris build and it shreds Good god those poor souls were just watching as a literal Armageddon of meteors, lightning and freezing ground crushed them. T'was so fun, i suggest you to try it Go for Fire and Ice and Lightning casts and lightning dash and you'll be unstoppable If somebody needs a skill tree, tell me here, i'll wright it down

Ball lighting or lighting ball(dash) dont remember is way too broken together with Summer's(fire) dash duration bonus and the last god either choose Ice with the wolfs and extra damage to immobilised enemies or Time's crystal absorbing range for "extra" xp

Few more noticias for you about mechanics 1) It is not vampire survivors 2) Red gem is appearing when it is to much gems on the stage. He take only new exp shard (not old ones like in VS) 3) Gems just disappearing when you run to far. They are not going to red gem, they even didnt waiting red gem... they just disappear depend on distans.

Dex, Go for the ultimate garlic buld. Whit Radiance + Fear there is one more i belive. no sure. But you can stack all and they have the same offect just diferent collors did ealier was pretty cool

@Dex can you _please_ switch to the lower bitrate again? It's constantly crashing my app of I go above 1080p. I can usually watch other people's videos, even 2160p, but your for some reason keep crashing my KZbin. Also, Dex finally understanding how the grenadiers work and then immediately not utilizing that knowledge at all lmao 😂

This is actually a low bitrate. The norm was 40mbit which I had for most of my videos. Then I upped it to 80mbit but only for 4k uploads (which is mainly done so it has better encoding for lower resolutions, but that's unrelated to bitrate, as youtube determines the bitrate almost only on it's own). This video here is 20mbit, which I only do for videos with less action.

I know a while ago you tried lower it, and then switched it back to a higher one again and I wasn't sure if you'd ever changed it again after that. I sort of just assumed they were still high so I rarely watched videos in anything higher than 1080 on your channel. i feel the final boss damage on the second stage is way overtuned, i got a couple godly runs yesterday (we're talking 4 legendary powers and many red ones) and i was clearing the screen easily, but when i got to the end, the djinn pretty much 3 shotted me while i was trying to hide behind a column and run also, the red gems spawning the opposite way from where you are moving are extremely annoying

I think the bigger problem is the tracking and the way he turns so much of the arena into no go space. Axct 2 enemies in general feel just a bit too quick in terms of timing. Hitting hard is fine but you need to give the player more time and queues to react to. That said ge a T2 chest with a god amount of bonus life on it and the damage output is not as bad, at least without difficult modifiers.

What nerf aside from Gem High which wasn't even "nerfed", just made Legend. Force still good, the time bubble got massively buffed, everything else seems to work the same. I'm just glad I can actually do runs WITHOUT Time and/or Mort and reasonably expect to succeed, rather than expecting to be grossly underlevelled because of the STILL stupid decision to attach Exp to any of these. It will never not be stupid to attach Exp to these, but it's at least better now.

@@jaeusa160 anyone can use whatever they want, i'll always defend that, but if you really think that Gem High wasn't nerfed, you probably didn't read it. There were 3 major changes on the skill itself: 1- the skill now is legendary, instead of a normal one 2- you have a cap on how many stacks you can have 3- the skill now only accept exp gems of 1 exp or high to get a stack if they used only change 1, or change 2+3, i wouldn't mind, but all 3 of them at the same time, FOR ME, it makes the skill itself unusable, AND as i have said, i transitioned to a summon build now, and BTW, Gem High was never the problem before, it was and still is the summon build that is overly broken, evenmoreso with the T2 gear ALSO, you never needed to have neither Time nor Mort on your build to win. you could win using any other 3 gods, and still can

Dex i'd recommend verifying your install. You may have borked somthing with your alt+f4. Can't hurt anyway. Did a bunch more runs overnight, my number 1 piece of advice to Dex here would be to watch out for a T2 Chestpiece with a decent amount of life on it, i got one in light armour that was +22.5% expert offers and +127 life. That extra life makes the 11 minute and the magic carpet guys way easier, also way more room for error on the Djinn. As noted by someone else you can also get the Master Upgrade effect from a gear piece, but the shrine does dramatically increase the offer rate of upgrades. Unfortunately energy missiles are really weak. They top out at level 1 at 26 damage per projectile if master rank. Every other strike skill in the game deals more damage per hit than that and many can hit a lot more enemies. Shurikens are almost as meh but not quite as they have a bit better damage, but their real strength is an interaction with the Rupture mechanic that is i think new. For every 1 unit the enemy is knocked back that enemy takes 400 damage. Whilst i haven't played aroudn with it yet, it should be giga powerful. The Retribution talent and the smite talent from justice can at high levels be very effective against the beams from the Djinn, Insect Queen and the kitties. They deal low but rapid hits, and it deals a huge chunk of damage back for each instance you take. You ca;t facetank with it, but its surprisingly effective all the same. Mort also has a garlic aura, but with an interesting rider of making enemies who hit you whilst standing in it run away. Sadly power area is one of the hardest things to get. In terms of casts the ones i'd rate highly are: Blades, Divine Shield, Sudden Death, Black Serpents, Time Field, and Frost Zones, with a couple of others i'm not sure on yet, And a couple more that are weak but serviceable. In his second to last tier of talents the archer has a talent that gives him giga bounces, completely transforms his damage output with attacks.

just to warn you, if you reach 0.04s of atk spd the character will start to cancel the attack animation and it will not come out, reducing its effectiveness. be careful with atk spd stack. I reached 0.02s of atk spd and I almost died because of it

At high shadow (50+) his land mines become a major problem if you don't have the magic carpet to get out of the black flames. I've found that the ball lightning is also good for clearing out the mines. The problem is if you have the invocations that let him spam his abilities you won't proc the ball lightning enough to clear them all and actually kill the boss.

You keep being surprised by your damage when things walk into your aura, you should definitely have a proper read of it. Per second enemies take like 300%+ increased damage up to 3-4k or so depending on what level you have of it... that is a higher %damage increase than you will find more or less anywhere in the game.... which will then multiply crits etc as usual..
