I always thought you were supposed to see a very small amount of daylight between the string and the stop, but I will use this method from now on.

I'm new to archery. I had read someplace a credit card space. Well with the little bumps on the stop it put it about a 16th" away. I noticed shots are louder. I'm going to set it up your way. Thanks.

I’ve always been told you want to be able to slide a business card through there without it having too much resistance.

I'm a little confused. I noticed in a few videos you were shooting with the string silencer removed. Pros/Cons?

Can you add these to older bows?

The problem I see with that method when your strings and cables stretch your ATA grows your going to have added tension on the string stop which can cause some tuning deficiencies. Albeit maybe not enough to affect anything but I’d rather not take the chance. I took after broadwater I leave a significant gap. Nearly 1/4 inch.
