Sumptuous creations! I love it when you mold metal baskets into works of art…you truly work them until they peak. Such a gift. Pro work as usual. And, the story’s touch…a parisian seamstress…taking a ship…to the US…to meet the man she loves…dressed to the nines…fascinator and all…if she were invited to a St. Valentine’s Day dinner she would wear the fascinator and a pretty black dress…the ring…it exists…it survived the voyage…and, more than likely…she did, too. ❤

I love to do the thrift and antique shopping. And do you know what I like? Well, I will tell you, antique maps. On Pintrest one of my boards is called "Doors, but to where?" I have found pictures of such interesting, pretty, and neat looking doors, I had to make a board for them. That basket you made into a corset, super cute idea. I did like the ruffle under neath, I like how you stenciled using the gold, it looks pretty. The skelies under glass with the roses, nice. I loved it! Oh yes. the polka-dot tulle was perfect. That turned out so pretty when you were done. I did pick out the same girl from the pictures that you did but I picked out a different guy but I did consider the one you chose. 😁 Nice job on your, I would say, shadow box, it turned out so pretty. Your fascinator looked so lovely on you. I loved all your Valloween crafts. They were so pretty.

I love this corset!!! Reminds me of the ladies in Jack the Ripper, I am going to make one of these for Valloween, and also use it for Halloween too. I saw you make a white one in a beautiful shabby chic theme too , but I really love ❤️ ❤❤ this dark academia one so much, I have always loved gothic and dark academia and I know it will be so awesome, ideas are spinning around in my head about this one. The fascinator is so retro to the time period, you kinda lost me when you assembled it, did you put half of the trimming on the bottom back and the same on the top front??? I love the look and would like to try to make something similar!!! And the shadow box, it’s what I call those , really puts the story together. And you know I love your imagination and your stories❤. You are my all time favorite crafter and it is because you not only create original and interesting content, but your imagination and stories make it so easy to see how the story comes together. Thanks for your response, dear. That phrase has always bugged me especially since I have witnessed, as growing up, my step dad abuse both me and my mom. He would always tell her that a marriage is an 80/20% relationship, where the woman does 80% of the work. And he truly believed this! Once home from work, plunk goes the ass in the armchair, "where's dinner?" Arghhhh!!! Your tale of the ring that you found is very intriguing!
