Oh China, I so needed your message today! I was feeling down. Allowing people to disappoint me. Long story short I had a dream over a year ago that God wanted me to start a Bible study in my community I live in. It started out with just myself my hubby and another person. We would have dinner alternating homes each week. For the longest time it was just us three. Then one week 2 other couples joined us. Hallelujah! I thought we were having a great time together but after about 9 months one of the couples decided to bow out. And then tonight the other couple bowed out. I felt like a failure. I felt like giving up! I tried to do God's will and I was really feeling down, feeling like I'm not enough.. Then I came across your message and I realized I was allowing Satan to steal my happiness. I love everything you shared today! You are so relatable, Chynna. I appreciate how authentic you are so much. I can say the same thing about my prayer life ~ I spent so many years as a believer not realizing how much talking to God changes my perspective. Talking to him now is what I crave. And I pray more for others now than ever before. I've been a believer over 50 years and I never realized that growing in our faith and growing our relationship with Christ is a long process. And Satan tries to derail us continually and learning to rebuke him should be a daily part of our life. He has NO authority over us as believers and we need to learn to rebuke Satan in Jesus name and rely on the Holy Spirit to intercede for us to keep our focus on Jesus, even when we struggle.

Hi Chynna, it’s Debbie Clarke, I wanted to share a story of Penn of Penn and Teller, I hope, I’m quoting him correctly. He was interviewed once and asked, something along the lines of, what would you say to a person who told you the only way to heaven is to ask Jesus to save you, his answer…thank you. The interviewer said, why would you say thank you? Penn said, because that person cared enough about me to share an idea that would keep me from an awful fate. He said, it doesn’t matter if I agree or not with that person, it’s the fact they thought enough about me to tell me. If we share recipes and beauty tips, why wouldn’t we share Jesus?

Do you think you'd ever want to get another dog someday? Just curious? I know from my own experience losing my childhood pet cat at 23 in 1994 she lived to 20 years old calico named Molly. That another animal can't ever replace that special little pet you had like your Pokey and my Molly. I did get another cat Pepper whose passed now. As I sit here and watch your video, I'm 59 years old, I have heart failure and a broken hip and my best friend just beat me for my llife savings. Not a lot but the point he was my best friend. asking god for help sort of makes me feel sarcastic. Where was god when I had a horrific childhood? Ask Him for forgiveness and to empower you to live a holy life from now on. Jesus died for sinners, not saints and He's not surprised by anything you've done. Also read the Bible or google it if you don't have one handy. The book of John is a good one to start with also pray every day for the strength to live a holy life. If you haven't invited Jesus into your life yet, be sure to do that (in prayer), ask for forgiveness and turn from your sin which is repentance. Find a good Bible teaching church to attend (non-denominational, Southern Baptist and/or Evangelical. Find Christian friends at a Bible study or church. If you don't have any Christian friends seek them out and you may have friends you may need to stop hanging out with if they bring temptation into your life!

It's like your sitting in a foreign prison with no hope that you will ever be set free, and a man comes to impart truth and free you.
