Tormek stuff is definitely not cheap. That said, I’ve had a T1 for a couple years, and it is outstanding. Very solid build, and it works just as easily as Roel showed.

@@cmaterick there are a lot of average backyard bbq'er's who are subscribers too...he should mention a cheaper alternative..if Tormek would like to send me one I'll happily use it and praise how well it works...😆

@@dennis9358 There are dozens of ways to sharpen your knives from tens of dollars to thousands of dollars and hundreds of videos on KZbin explaining all the techniques. This video was literally sponsored by Tormek. They probably wouldn't appreciate offering cheaper alternatives in their advertising. I'm not saying everybody should be able to afford a Tormek or that people who don't have one are somehow beneath those that do. I'm just saying they make good stuff for those looking to make an investment and worried about them not being worth the money. Some of the most well-made equipment I've used.
