This is what Koh Rong is like! We lived the Cambodian island life in a tent on the beach in 40 degree heat! Koh Rong is known as the maldives-like paradise of Cambodia, so naturally we had to visit. In this video we show you our experience living in a tent on a beach on this little island in Southern Cambodia. White sand, crystal clear ocean water, hammocks, smoothies, Khmer food and so much more. This is what Koh Rong is like in 2023!
Stay tuned for more upcoming videos, we post twice a week, every Sunday and Wednesday.
Thanks for watching! 😄

I was at Koh Rong in late February, closer to Lonely Beach so a 2 hour ferry ride to get there. It was 35 degrees then and I was dying, I can't imagine 40! We were just coming off -30 in Ontario when I left and definitely struggled with the sudden temp change. My guide said October/November is when it's "cold", 20-25 degrees in Cambodia. Amazing shots of the beaches! Such a relaxing place.

Lonely beach was the only part we didn’t visit but heard it was beautiful! Crazy hot temperatures but being right by the ocean was really nice :) the contrast from Ontario weather is definitely huge!! Thanks for watching Lauren 🥰

@KeithandDev

Accommodations were our cheapest at 8$ usd a night. We were in a tent though and if you want aircon it will cost more but the cabins with a fan are also a great price at 15 USD a night. The ferry to the island cost 20 Canadian each. Then once you are on the island the food might be a tiny bit more expensive but not much :) definitely affordable! Thanks for watching Greta 🥰
