Sorry to see about the content being used on the Hawaii video by other YTer. The part where he blew up after 30 minutes of waiting for response was the best. I have the same condition he has, as the response was word for word what I would have said. Thanks for going to shitholes like Memphis so I won't ever need to "see fur myself". Those were long horn sheep. I use to hunt them when I lived on the Big Island. Also hunted wild boars. I never really spent much time in Kona growing up other than long weekend when we use to take family from the mainland who wanted to check it out. To touristy for my taste. But most of the time we just go to Kona to go to Costco and visit friends on that side. It is also where I fly into since the air fare was half the price of flying into Hilo on United. There is a bunch of surfing spots on the east side of the island. But they spots mostly known to locals. The waves also get pretty big on the east side. From time to time you can even surf the Hilo Bayfront . Enjoyed the series and I am going to check out your other videos now.

Well, great video Nick, and Kim, new KZbin star. You went to Hawaii b4 me (my wife wants to go, she’s been before, but I’ve been putting her off - we both have cute wives) and I thought it was humorous that Hawaii is a place people go to get away and then the southern tip of the Big Island is where people go to get away from the rest of Hawaii. I’ve got Hawaii to go and Alaska and one other state, Idaho. As for your future videos (after Alaska) I think Mars would be a good one - I haven’t watched a lot of videos from there, just a Matt Damon movie. And, closer to home, I just read where they have gators in NC even north of you. Looking forward to your Alaska series.

Nick, at this point you may have a case against Tyler (based on his video) for defamation, libel, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. You may want to consider it. (Edit: Nick, I forgot the no brainer, Willful copyright infringement. Tyler's video says he put up the stolen footage on Patreon.) 1) Defamation: To prove defamation, a plaintiff must show the following elements: False statement: The statement must be false and presented as fact. Publication: The statement must be communicated to a third party, either by being read or heard by someone other than the person making the statement or the person it is about. Fault: The defendant must be at fault, which can include at least negligence. Damages: The plaintiff must show that they suffered harm to their reputation, business, property, or occupation as a result of the statement. Defamation is when someone makes a false statement that harms another person's reputation. False accusations of criminal activity are considered defamation per se, meaning they are defamatory by nature. 2) Libel The elements of libel are: False statement: The statement made about the plaintiff must be false. Truth is a defense against defamation. Publication: The defamatory statement must be communicated to a third party, meaning it was read or heard by someone other than the person making the statement or the person it's about. Defendant is at fault: The defendant must be responsible for the harm to the plaintiff's reputation. Damages: Damages can include money damages, loss of business, harm to reputation, punitive damages, cost of remediation, and attorneys' fees. 3) Intentional infliction of emotional defense. Elements: Intent or recklessness: The defendant must have acted intentionally or recklessly. Outrageous conduct: The defendant's conduct must be extreme and outrageous. Causation: The defendant's conduct must be the cause of the emotional distress. Severe emotional distress: The plaintiff must prove that they suffered severe emotional distress as a result of the defendant's conduct. Easy enough to fill in the facts based on his video and the response here.
