My brother ur story is painful this is what our fathers went through we have a lot of them in our village who come back from Gauteng with only the clothes they are wearing, having been in Gauteng for more than 20 years working good jobs and Raising other Men's children forgetting their own, am not being tribelistic but we where told that mostly Zulu women where the ones who were doing this to our fathers, but we have learned from the mistakes of our fathers, we are smart no wonder they are calling us" Bana ba Bomma"😂..This is precisely the reason why some people are being bewitched" I mean this is painful

similar story I was told of how my grandfather came to Gauteng found a lady stopped caring for his wife returned back home and found another when he was close to death that's when he wanted to reconcile with my grandmother

I think what we all fail to grasp in this story is the spiritual aspect of it all. The woman gave him korobela, this is why he says the love made him almost go mad. This then, resulted in him forgetting his wife and children back home, and subsequently, the sad state of affairs he finds himself in. I initially wanted to say, "Serves you right! but I considered other factors such as korobela and realised he may have been bewitched. Nonetheless, you learned your lesson, brother. Pick up the pieces and stop whining, and make something out of what is left, seeing as you are still alive. May God be with you and help you recover the lost years. Ameni!
