The problem is that in my niche (sewing patterns) the market leader takes all their product photos from Shein. Shein’s clothing images are super amazing, so it’s really difficult to compete using the photos I take at home myself. I’ve been open for 1 and half months and I’ve sold 50 items.

I finally made a sale. But Etsy then suddenly suspended my store. Been 3 days now, nothing from the appeal I sent. Sending them emails all bounced back with automated messages no support during the appeal and suspended store. Do you know anyone got suspended for no reason and managed to get their store back from appeal? And how long did they wait?

it took us over a week and it was during the holidays last year. very frustrating! You're not alone. Just don't give up. You'll get it back, but may never know why. We never heard from anyone, it just came back.

@@bce2526 so you filled appeal as well? They refunded the customer and charged my card for the refund. I am doing POD, the product still arrived to the customer, basically for free. That is small matter. So did your shop just come back and they didn’t even email you the outcome of the appeal? I checked everyday, the red banner still up there…..even with email it just bounce back saying my account is suspended, they will not respond to any other emails.

I am not sure why it's a problem that these sellers have a "wide mix" of subjects, Latina, faith based, femnist, etc., when they have them listed in catagories in the side bar. When I hear it said that one should have a niche, I wonder why not more than one if you have your items catagorized in their own departments.
