I get seriously tired of cookie cutter KZbinrs who make the same video every day, glazing the game and having fake cheerful personalities. At least Ninja is himself and offers a different perspective. I'm having fun this season, but I get why some aren't. Ch2 low key had a LOT of problems that people gloss over. The bots were bad, the rotation was terrible, the map was huge and worst of all, shakedowns leads to everyone being dead in the first 5 to 10 minutes. Mid-game was a big complaint back then and everyone forgets that.

I feel like you ignored that Ninja was complaining every game and that adds a lot to the convo. He shouldn't have been muted, but Ninja seems like he isn't enjoying the game and his team doesn't really seem to agree or want to discuss that. Ninja is one of the few major content creators who "grew up" and stopped putting on a children's entertainment show. "HEY GUYS, I put Sypher PK in a bot lobby for 10000 vbucks" Ninja, while it may not seem like it, actually loves this game and wants it to be the best game it can be. Courage, while i love the guy, is the king of toxic positivity. EDIT: His reload comment is 100% accurate. Especially in solos its a camping fest because elims are not encouraged, you cant earn reboots through elims, and in Champ-Unreal everyone just hides until you can third party because of it.

That's comparing it to the golden era of Fortnite, and no Chapter or season will live up to that. This season is fun, but playing it reminds me of it's flaws. The POI were great, but the rotation is bad and shakedowns was a terrible mechanic that causes everyone to die early in the match. Then you spend 10 minutes not running into anyone, which is boring for some people.

In all fairness it seemed like it was an ongoing issue. Games are like 20 mins each and Courage said he’s been complaining for 4 games. Ch5 Fortnite is kinda bad but even someone like Ninja has to admit it did some good things. OG 1 and 2 both benefited a great bit from newer mechanics like the mantling and zero build stuff. Modern Fortnite's problem is that the maps are built around stuff that older maps didn't. The main reason Chapter 4 and 5 sucked at least for me is that they require you to use cars whereas 2 just had them to get around faster. 5's map in particular felt way too bland if you weren't using a car to go between POI's. These are legitimate criticisms, but Ninja can't acknowledge the good each season and chapter does. OG coming back permanently and Reload being a thing makes it very easy for people who preferred older Fortnite to get back in, and newer chapters can be more experimental

This "situation" is funny cause I have been doing the same thing to one of my friends for the better half of five years when he decides to rant to literally nobody but himself. Courage and Ninja behind the scenes are obviously good friends, this is akin to saying "what's up bitch?" To your good friends. Out of context, when it's framed as two casual friends, it's kinda odd. But with the context, it's literally just friends being friends. The framing for courage and Ninja, has to be taken at face value of two streamers, but in reality, it's two good friends and courage knows more about Ninjas-ism and personality traits more than any die hard viewers would. It’s stupid that people are confusing listening to someone complain for hours with “letting someone have a different opinion from you”. My refusal to listen to constant complaining through my headset while I’m trying to focus on having fun is my right. Im someone who complains way to much, to a point where i annoy people most of the times, and ninja surprised me for how much he was complaining and putting himself (a pro) above everyone, by suggesting things that would be good only for the sweats, like if fortnite doesn't already have too many sweats in the game.. dont get me wrong ninja is totally in the right but i feel like he's stuck in the past, where to him only chapter 1 is good.

I feel like this really shows the divide between content creators. The one side that hates any and all negativity, and can’t see the value in critique. And the opposite side, that is nothing but negativity who can’t see positives in any change or addition to Fortnite. We need more calm, balanced voices in the community. courage complains just as much as ninja, yes he is fake af. he was insufferable when ninja first got doom island. both equally disliked wrecked season, courage actually rage quit stream a couple times, he COMPLAINED about the avatar mythics, the magneto gloves, marvel season auto turrets, he complains about bots, he complains about trios, sweats in reload. if any of you watch legion you'll see he has the same complaints ninja does and he doesn't hold back either. thank you caspy for not blindly dismissing ninja's criticism of the game he loves playing. people agree with ninja but they don't want to give him any credit

I think Ninjas criticisms come from love. He wants FN to be top tier its a game he cares about and wants to succeed and when you see that Millions of players have stopped playing that speaks volumes with Ninjas point. Are his complaints valid? Absolutely do those same valid complaints have to be voiced every match? No. Im personally enjoying it right now i dont care for super powers and giant lasers every season. Last season it was like dont pick up a gun just grap every marvel item and youll win so Remix is a breath of fresh air for me. I do agree the map is huge and the game feels slow but i think if there were way less bots it wouldnt be so bad.

I agree 100 % with ninja when it came to this season. Reload solo without a doubt needs siphon and another reboot every 3 or 5 kills. The chapter 2 map is too big, I wish they scaled it down a bit, maybe remove extra space and un named locations no one would remember. That's why I kinda like that car flying glitch because it allows you to get around the map quickly and seek other players. I also think killing the bosses makes them your teammate automatically is stupid, especially in SOLOS. I think this season in general needs siphon not just reload. But those are my only issues with this season. Besides those things I am very satisfied.

I think there's more of a balance that needs to be struck. Yeah, Courage had a right to protect his happiness and his image for the stream. He went about it in a crappy way. Ninja also has a right to complain because he DOES want the game to be better, but for his own mental health and the mental health of his friends, he needs to try to either step it down or try to find something else to talk about during duo/trio/squad games.

This is why I hate drama channels. They blow tiny things out of proportion and make a situation seem way worse than it is. They started vibing normally later on in the stream. Ninja stopped complaining and Jack stopped muting him. Then they played again a couple days later and it went fine, and they recently played with Nick Eh 30, just the 3 of them. They're friends. They've been friends for years. When you're friends with someone for a long time, eventually you're gonna argue. When your job is to stream in front of thousands of people every day, some of those arguments will be public. They got over it literally the day it happened, it's not that deep. Stop perpetuating tiny things for views, you're just flinging more negativity their way.

The issue is Ninja is one of the few that doesn’t sit and glow Epic up every season. Ninjas not wrong here. epic is killing their game for money and it’s showing every new chapter/season. The biggest problem I have with the KZbinrs is when they take every update as god's gift to humanity, when late Chapter 2 and Chapter 3's storyline actively made that part of the game worse. It's a lot better than the leakers in late chapter 2 - early chapter 5, who worsened every event by leaking it. The only event since Chapter 5 Season 2 that bored or annoyed me was RMX the Prelude because nothing happened in the event that wasn't IRL.
