Great job on the weight loss! However , skinfold calipers are not necessarily more accurate than bioimpedance machines because there can be human error. Visually it’s not likely that you’ve dropped to 19.1%. But still a very good job within a few months 👍🏻

Agree! DEXA scans might be difficult to find and are usually more expensive, but they are one of the gold standards to measure body composition. BIA machines are cheaper and may be available at certain gyms but make sure they have 4 contact points and to measure before food/water and before work outs.

Despite the so-called success, AC channel seems to be lacking in focus. Nothing shown in this video is enticing, just very casual activities. Who are the targeted crowds? Do learn from why Food King was so big, it focused on activities (food and laughter) that are well-liked by the crowds and is very professionally aired.

I think you are really misunderstanding the purpose of the channel it’s a channel about Aiken his life his goal and what he wants to share with us he doesn’t have to learn why food king is famous and did well when it’s not his aim to become the most famous food king is literally a food show produced by a entire company who works day and night to produce each episode and clearly Aiken doesn’t want to have to do things the old way anymore he just wants to show us his life if you don’t like what he puts on his video then don’t watch simple
