Yep I hear you. For anyone with an autoimmune inflammatory condition, all processed foods and grains, as well as anything with gluten, are out. I have severe myalgia Encephalomyelitis, and can’t have any of that deliciousness. I think Dadbod is being a little evil in this one, 😁

Went to the bakery today, bought a bunch of fresh Hispanic rolls and some jalapeno 3-cheese dip. The smell in the bakery was divine. Came home, opened it all up and planted myself in front of the computer to watch Dadbod and munch on fresh bread and dip. And here you are reminding me why I will never fit into that uniform again.
