I get that the purpose of that is to keep you engaged and distracting you as the user as well but it's manipulative too.

Thanks for sharing with us and naming the burnout Sawyer. Compassion fatigue is real, and to your point this website has changed so much that now creators who just wanted to share for fun are expected to do so in a way that dismisses the spirit of creativity. I hope reading these chapters and sharing your thoughts with them still bring you joy and that you feel comfortable doing so in a way that still taps into your creative spirit!

KZbin seems to be becoming less content creator friendly for sure, and its honestly a blessing to be able to get content from you so consistently. I think its a good decision to keep creating in a way that prevents burnout and allows you to talk about more relevant topics other than a chapter review every week

its been a few years since i've watched this channel mainly because i just fell super behind on one piece and i didn't want to click on a review of the latest chapter just to hear and see spoilers so i chose not to watch. but ive caught up again and im glad i at least came back to watch this video and i can kind of understand where sawyer has been, and he seems to have nailed it right on the head with how weird youtube is becoming. i don't know what the future of youtube looks like and i see how they've changed the simplest features on the site to drive the business in the direction that the want to go. i just hope that they're making good decisions and the site doesn't get hurt from it in the long run
