Great video as usual! That recipe looks like...Yummy! Just a suggestion, try seasoning the fish first, let it "sweat" for 30 minutes, drain the juice and save it. Then ad your avocado oil to the fish (seafood) and let it marinate for 30 minutes. Then cook the seafood as you did. Melt some butter and combine it with th reserved fish juice to use as a sauce. 😊

Love your flounder videos, but since you asked, you could mix in some reds and specs too. Might be fun to try some live baitfish for those folks that like that as well. Just for something really different it would be great to see you catch a flounder on a sinking fly like a clouser minnow. You sure have alot of them where you fish.

This might be a dumb question but I typically gig flounder rather than fish them so my question is how important if salinity in the area you are catching flounder? I’ve tried this way a few times in the Biloxi bay and came short on flounder. Lots of red fish though!
