But if you get jacked and have good posture and have high confidence which means you will look straight ahead in to distance then you wont see if someone dropped money on the ground.

Nice video. Emphasis on pull up form if posture gains are a goal is good. Face pulls are great on a horizontal bar too. Interestingly around 2017 a new word was added to the Cambridge Dictionary: Gameboy disease (noun) a spinal condition in children caused by looking down at hand-held devices for long periods…

You're awesome brother! I have some questions though. Just those reps are needed? And is this routine to be included in every workout? Or just when you train back? For example when i train chest, legs...I usually do some of them but not all, meanwhile on my backdays i want to do them all (+since i am at the gymn i use some of them machines...), is it a good routine?

I think to improve posture we should stop using only doing hollow body pull up for lats focus to be an excuse for a weak posterior chain
