Great to see Turkey highlighted in a Vid! Down here in Texas, we usually judge a Smokehouse / BBQ joint by how good their turkey is (properly seasoned/brined, great smoke, juicy). If this is accomplished, we know that the brisket, ribs, steaks, burgers, chicken, etc, and the Sides (so critical) will be well worth the wait & cost! And yep, pecan shells are the sh*t!

Glad you are keeping this channel going as well as looking forward to the new one. When will you start adding content to it.? I bought a cast iron griddle topper, rather than a stand alone griddle, that fits on my MB150 Pit Boss Austin XL and my PK grill. Depending on the cook I have the option of which on to use. It's good and seasoned after numerous bacon and smash burger cooks so I'm excited about new things to try on it.P.S. made your party ribs with the Jack Daniels sauce for Chiefs tailgating last week and they were a HUGE hit!!. Thanks for those recipes.
