I disagree that isolating ourselves and removing ourselves from the dating market is due to low self esteem. I removed myself from the dating pool because I was fed up with the behavior of men on the apps. They come at with you with sex (when you’re complete strangers) get angry when you don’t respond to their generic messages (the same one you’ve received from 20 other people the same day) and then become abusive when you reject them. I’m throwing in the towel and I’m done. I’m not going to put myself out there as I’d rather be single than subject myself to that kind of treatment from men again.

Haven't watched this yet, but if someone wants to go, let them! You'll only both regret it later down the track if you're trying to hold on to someone not meant for you. Those who are meant to stay will, no tricks or treats required.

We are always attracted to what's not good for us because it tends to be thrilling and exciting. A woman is only picky because she respects herself and knows what she needs and wants. A man who comes to terms with himself and knows exactly what he wants and isn't afraid to go for it is a man who is truly desirable to women.

You remind me of Kevin Kline 🤔..... My biggest issue is I only date within my church, and the few men there dont care about dating at all. But guys in the world want to date me. They tell me how feminine I am, and how they love my more traditional values. It's such an odd situation.

Just as there is a time to be born and times we can die, there are a few windows of time when a person for you will come your way. You can be an attractive decent person and not find them for many years. Remember, there are toothless crackheads with devoted partners. Singlehood is not a always a commentary on your personhood.

I have a repeating issue which keeps repeating over and over; when I meet a lovely man and the feelings grow suddenly a girlfriend/wife pops up and gets pregnant by him 😬 The pain was so intense that I had to deal with the root cause(s) but it keeps returning every time. Even though I never think about this when I meet a man it happens though. I don't know how to break the cycle. What does it want to teach me?

No offense but "can't" shouldn't be in the title. It's "don't want to." I'm sorry but if some man is distant and uncomfortable with intimacy, it's not the woman's job to accommodate that.
