Just a guess, but maybe crocodiles are less likely to get parasites because they usually leave their food to rot for a while before eating it. Maybe most parasites either die with their hosts, or leave to find new hosts, before the crocodile returns to eat its rotting meal.

Would also have to be a child or a midget. An adult human is in no danger of being eaten alive or whole by a snake, our shoulders are a bitch to fit in their mouths. The amount of snake species that could hypothetically be capable of doing so, is probably just one, but at most three, I reckon. Retics, green anacondas and maybe, but I really don't think so, burms.

you got some things wrong and left out some details about the discovery channel special "Eaten Alive", like you didnt even watch it or worse you are intentionally not telling the truth. The host had a rope or cord attached to him so he could be pulled out of the anaconda after being swallowed. His suit had an oxygen supply so he wouldnt suffocate. He smeared pig blood or goat blood on the suit so he'd smell like prey. He laid down in front of the anaconda and moved around to act like prey until the snake struck and wrapped around him. Then he played dead. The suit was strong enough to withstand the snake's compression, but unfortunately the snake had wrapped one of its coils around one of the host's arms and was about to dislocate or break the arm. Thats why he called it off. The suit's only weakness was the points of articulation. From seeing my own snakes feeding behavior countless times, i am fairly certain the anaconda was indeed about to TRY to swallow the man. There is no telling whether or not the snake would have succeeded or given up, but i believe it was just about to try. The snake had just tried to put its mouth around the man's head. Personally, i think they should have tried again and been more careful to keep his arms tucked in. Shoulda tried a few times if necessary, with a few different anacondas. For cripes sake, it was a TWO HOUR special named Eaten Alive and no one got eaten alive.
