Genuinely asking, is this not speaking from ego and separation consciousness? That someone is out there to “get you”? Because I have had this experience, I had an erotic dream about an ex that I really don’t want to have in my life anymore, and I know he’s still thinking about me, but instead of getting frustrated that they’re sending me energy or whatever, I thought that from the perspective of unity consciousness, it’s actually my subconscious showing me what I’ve denied for many years - that I still have unresolved feelings for him. It’s like, surface level rejection = ego, but my dream = subconscious. So I took that as a sign to no longer reject/disown this truth, and just accept it? Because I’ve tried everything, cutting cord, no contact, etc. I thought this time I’ll try something different, which is just accepting that maybe my subconscious is showing me that I’m actually not completely over him? Genuinely curious.

There are levels! This is why I said "sometimes" :) there are no set rules in life but when you've healed everything you needed to in relation to that person, the next step is knowing to separate your connection with them, your feelings from theirs, etc. Sometimes we keep the connection going bc we think WE are the problem. Some karmic energies are big trickster spirits, depending on who you are ans what your contract is here on us. Use your discernment always
