Hi. I realized as I started eating more healthier this year for 2024, drinking more water and exercising 4 days a week helps with overall circulation including strengthening my hair follicles! Scalp massages help with Sebum to coat hair strands for natural strengthening! This is why some people stretch their hair by blow drying/silk press or relaxing, then they can brush/comb their hair to help the Sebum coat the Hair Strands! Sebum is the Ultimate Hair Strengthener! And Jojoba Oil is the closest to it! But, you’re still right, curly, Coily, kinky, frizzy, hair needs extra care! Great video! Thanks for sharing!❤

I realize my hair was breaking because it was extremely dry. My hair is 80% grey and seems to stay dry and brittle. I think I have found the right product for my hair to aid in maintaining moisture. Also I wasn’t getting the trims that I needed.

Soo moisturize your hair everyday or every 2 Days and Moisturize before Comb or brush your hair and also Spray Heat protection on hair before you press or flat iron your Hair .

You have to find what frequency of moisturizing works for your hair

Thank you ma for this. Please how can I put an end to tiny strands on the root, also what can i do to make the middle part of my hair to be at same length with the front and back parts. Thank you

You can try moisturizing the root (base) of your hair more. For the middle part, here are some suggestions kzbin.info/www/bejne/jn7XoY2qYrhpmacsi=dKkvHXX3_9Y3e2CN

So im white, like embarrassingly white, but i have a mixed 2 year old. (Her dads not involved so i cant even ask him this and hopefully noone is offended because i honestly dont know what else to call this hair type. So I just call it black hair. Sorry if thats not correct or offensive.) anyway, Im terrible at doing my own hair so i really have no clue what im doing when it comes to my childs “black hair”. Her hair was growing even though it has been dry looking, now it is extremely dry looking and has started breaking off in the back, i always put her hair in pig tails to make it look less dry, and then i constantly am wetting the pig tails. I have tried a few leave in conditioners but they only make it look moisturized for a few hours. Can you please tell me a good shampoo and conditioner I can use on her? I feel like the worst mom because I cant figure it out and i dont want it to cause her issues in the future with not growing. Again shes only 2 so I dont know if they make certain products for that age or what. Any tips Id really appreciate! (Again sorry if my wording is offensive I truly am not educated at all when it comes to this.)
