I was meditating to a connection to higher self guided meditation and in 10 minutes after letting all my thoughts flow I felt this overwhelming sence of love come over me it made me tear up it was that intense and my cat jumped up when I felt that as I was laying on my sofa she jumped up and was being very affectionate and she normally keeps to het self so it’s not like her but she seemed very attracted to the love I felt and she wouldn’t leave me alone

My aunt passed a few years ago. Cancer. I've been learning about ancestors so I pulled out my cards and asked her to show me queen of Pentacles if she was here. I pulled some cards all pentacle and the queen was there as well as the moon. My aunt loved the moon and was working on a project was I down in Mississippi at her house the last time I saw her. She was painting the moon on her shed.. also a card associated with her birth sign came up. I showed my mom my mom felt like she was telling me to stop bc the queen was reserved. I don't I think she was letting me know she was here. How could all the pentecals appear with a thoroughly shuffled deck? Some people say those aren't your guides but demons. I'm very sensitive to energy. Can even walk into a room where the TV is on but dark( you know when we were younger the old tvs did that) with no sound no light and can feel that the TV is on. Other people have told me they see some kind of attachment on me but they're not quite sure if it's good or bad maybe a bit of both. Anyways I'm trying to connect more to mine and be there for them. Leave them offerings extra. My egg cleanse had lots of bubbles too and I had it professionally read and they said I have a lot of good spirits around me.

She passed very very young. She's only 10 years older then me and I'm 36 now. She was 42 She did horribly of cancer that spread all over her body. My grandma also has died a few times and been revived she gave my aunt permission to go and explained the process and in that moment she let go and took her last breath. My grandmother says death can be hard. She was a bubble trying to make it up the mountain and it was so hard. She said she needed to stop and rest but a voice told her no keep going you can't rest. You need to go back your works not done here. And bam she was back. My grandmother is extremely physic. She's 89 and still gardening out in her yard every day.

If you can sense energy then when you speak to your guide ask them to reveal energy. Ask them to show a yes/no response in body. For me yes is like butterflies in stomach and no is feel of trow up in throat. People are scared of everything and don't quite understand the spirit world hence they worry like this. Focus on feeling love because feeling of love and openness creates energy bubble around you and will protect you. The moment fear steps in that bubble becomes weak. I have use pendulum and cards. Sometimes I will have issues with communication with pendulum but never with cards. I am told by guides cards don't cause much interfernces from tricksters. However I would always trust my intuition and energy thatI feel. Heavy dense for bad ones and light an airy, joyful and loving from good ones

I'm sorry for your loss. I lost my aunt 2018 from sarcoidosis. She was my best friend. If you look up "guiding echoes" on KZbin, and search communicating with spirits the lady gave a great idea (and new) to communicate. She said on index cards, white down phrases and questions your loved(s) have said and those that you remember. For example, I was singing to my aunt at the bus stop and she said "no, jess. Just. No" cause I couldn't sing. So if I ask her a question and pull that card, if I get that comment, it means no... Don't do X you're talking about. Try it. I'm not sure how to do the ancestors since, well, I haven't spoken/heard them but here's a start.

Few months ago ,I met my spirit guide/ guides ? I know about spirit guide but before I don’t believe about it ,I believe in guardian angels more than spirit guide but one time I meditated and ask for my spirit guide to meet me just to check if spirit guides are real and just a few minutes of meditation a white orbs came in front of me and I saw it through my 3rd eye and it was beautiful 🤩 that is why spirit guide I think they are very receptive when you ask for their presence but I think you must also learn to open your third eye or you must be clairvoyant or clairaudience or anything that normal person can’t do must be heightened able for you to be receptive too and hear what they want to tell you . Because ,they will come when you are ready . Let’s say ,Even everyday ,they are with you but you can’t see or feel anything or you can’t do divination it will be a waste because you will not have the opportunities to communicate with them that is why it’s better that you have one gift of senses able to hear or see them or decipher the message they want to tell you .

It's not that you have to beg...it's more impressing upon your own mind that you CAN have a connection. It's we who cut ourselves off or put up mental blocks that this is even possible. You have to keep doing it until you convince yourself its even possible. Then your ears and mind will open up to the messages.

That's false! Only you can know whether or not you're in communication with your guides. If it felt so true to you and just felt right then trust it. No one else but you can dictate if you're connecting to your guides or not. They can help you even if you still have healing to do. They're always there, you just have to be open to them. We all have something to heal, so imagine, it would mean nobody could connect to their guides. Don't let somebody else's belief devastate you like that! Trust your gut :)

I am tired at this point! At this point it's been almost an year of rambling and overthinking and a lot of my questions are yes or no, but see what? I still don't get a specific answer! Why is so hard to reach out to them? And why are some people able to talk to them so easily? I've always been polite and grateful for any guidance but why can't I see or feel recieving it? You need to be at certain level of frequency… there level is so high and pure… So you need to practice gratitude, love..etc .. open your heart chakra.. rise your vibration… no hate for others no judgment.. no jealousy.. etc all of these emotions lower our vibration.. And then you gotta be allowing… give them the permission to communicate, to guide you , to receive signs that you understand and meaningful to you… they never interfere if you never ask ( because of our free will)…. Then be in receptive mode.. no rush and no impatience.. if you keep asking and asking then .. the frequency you are sending is lack.. they keep off .. They show signs, and communicate telepathy like you hear gentle voice in your head usually few words, signs .. not sentence or conversation.. They come up in unexpected ways
