Love the open floor plan on this home Nate. Definitely don't like the Hot water heater deal in the closet. That's an easy fix. I'm not a fan of the Pass through Shower either , think it needs Doors also. Im wondering if it's possible to expand the Master Bedroom and get the the closets out of the Bathroom. I love that you always show us the back of the homes as well as the front. I'm curious if most of these homes come standard standard with water spicket out side as well. All in All this is a very nice home. Thank you for doing these tours Nate. It saves so much time and research on our end, also gives great ideas for different options. Appreciate you.

I agree and would switch the dining windows with a sliding door. Though I would have to reconfigure the master bathroom altogether plus I would expand the pantry from the third closest, otherwise nice home.

To my knowledge water faucets are standard as are an outlet on the front and rear of the home.

Well now Nate! This place is very, very nice! And the price isn't bad either! Good video! #1) I'd put a Gas Fireplace in the Living Room. Carpet in just the Living, not the hallway. #2) The microwave is in the perfect place for me! I would put in an openable window above the Kitchen sink though. Don't need a dishwasher so I'd put a cabinet or drawers in it's place. I'd cut the Island down, and put wheels on it. The Pantry is kinda off the Kitchen, but it's a nice size and it's in the house! I'd have had to put it in the garage otherwise, so I like it! Don't think the Cook Stove was gas, but that's what I'd want. I'd change some colors in the cabinets and counters, go lighter on countertops and darker on the cabinets. #3) Dining Room in nice. There's two possibilities on there to put Grandma's China Cabinet, which is a Must for me. Move the table some and put the China Cabinet on the solid wall, or put it in front of the window next to the kitchen cabinet. If I put the China Cabinet there it might be best to close off that window; don't know for sure. #4) The Utility Room is okay. I wish the water heater was also in there, but not sure if it can be put in there or not. There is room for an Upright Freezer in that corner - very good! We'd build a Garage outside that back door with a Storage unit in it and maybe a pet shower. #5) The Guest Bedroom across from the Guest Bathroom would be left as is, so would the bathroom. The other two Guest Bedrooms would be my Rooms. One would be my Library with a small sitting area with a small gas fireplace and carpet in the sitting area. The other bedroom would be divided as 3/4's enclosed and soundproofed to be my Music Studio Room and the other 1/4 to be my Office Room with a carpet in this room. #6) The Master Bedroom and Closet in the bedroom is just fine. Carpet in the bedroom. The Closets in the bathroom I don't like as well because they Are in the bathroom - but they aren't deal breakers being there either. Not sure if the commode area is wide enough for me to be comfortable or not - it looked kinda tight. So something might have to be rearranged there. I don't really need a make-up area so that can be used to redo the commode area it need be. Other than that, I'd have to replace tub, unfortunately, with a Handicapped Tub/Shower Combo. And the Tile Shower needs doors on it. #7) Porches all around the house to the garage. Some enclosed and some just covered. I might change some wall colors if allowed too. As I said, Nate. Very nice house and not bad price, and good video. God bless you and your family.

I like this floorplan, his and her closet plus a shoe, purses closet. I loose the two transit windows in primary bedroom. The peice for this home is reasonable at the lower end, at the high end needs a den.

Excellent hometour I like the fact that the coffeemaker could fit right next to the refrigerator and not too far from the sink! I guess I'm easy to please -- that's all I look for anymore besides a bathtub for soaking away aches and pains after working all day!!

I finally took the time to get on my phone so I could leave a comment. I usually watch on my TV so I only get to leave a like and never get to comment. I just wanted to say you do such an awesome job showing theses mobile homes! You take your time and show us everything and I really appreciate that! I love that you open up the kitchen cabinets and the drawers bc that is really important part of the kitchen. I like that you open all the doors down the hallways and in the utility rooms so we can actually see what’s in them. Some people that I watched have stopped taking the time to do these things and to be honest it’s pretty annoying lol! When I watch I want to see it all! I also like when your son is with you that you take the time to show him and teach him exactly what needs to be documented and what is important for the viewers to know. Great Job!!!!! ❤

I don't like the layout of this one. The guest bath and laundry/utility room has too many doors. Lots of wasted space that could've been designed to have the water heater in it also. Any home that has the water heater in a bedroom closet is an instant no from me. But I did enjoy the tour, thanks Nate!

One great change that could be made and be a better layout for bringing in groceries and putting away from your carport or garage is to remove the washer and dryer from the laundry room and make that your Pantry area this way you can unload groceries Right there and it's right of the dining area and the back door and Walk through bathroom access can stay as is. And then of course take the laundry and move to the current pantry room and by doing this you can avoid any laundry being brought through by the dining table to and from the laundry. Heck you maybe could also have the Water heater moved into the space too since the pantry shelves are more flexible in how they can be positioned.

I love the pantry dance! I also love when he shares about his family and when his sweet little boy is in the videos! I also like Chances sweet goofy personality. I actually like Chance a lot . However, he’s not showing the homes as well as he used to. He never opens the cabinets or drawers in the kitchen anymore…he passes a lot of doors without opening them and showing the viewers what’s behind them and he just seems to rush through without taking his time. His intro and outtro are longer than the tour.

Still waiting for someone to sit on the shower bench & show how far down it is from the shower head/wand. Same for showing the width of the hallways & space between the island & exterior cabinets in the kitchen. The camera isn’t able to show the real width/depth of something, so having references is crucial for us viewers…especially those of us who are disabled & need to know these things in order to truly get an idea of what it would be like if we were living there.

Bathroom way too big, too much to clean and wasted space. Ceiling too gaudy in that tray ceiling. Large living room and great entertainment section is a big plus! Awesome dinning area-beautiful kitchen. Area for laundry and a freezer is wonderful! Like that bathroom hiding the humidity behind the door is nice. guest Bedrooms don't have to be that big since a walk in closet in each room is way more practical. Love that kitchen island and farm sink! Kitchen walk in Pantry isn't too much trouble to squeeze in and goes a long way! Master bathroom a weird design! too many closets in humidity is a problem! Pass thru shower is weird and confining, not comfortable!
