How is it taking me 12 years of intensive schooling to be able to competently diagnose somebody with a mental condition but a social worker who does not have this kind of education can override that diagnosis. That is asinine.

I was told to have my case closed I had to prove that me as an adult was put on antidepressants. But I’ve never seen the other At least not yet. I’m dealing with cps for like the 5th time bc my adhd autistic child at 13 still wets the bed. So the school keeps calling on me. 😮. Fml

They did this in my case...would only allow me to go to a specific shrink for my phsyc eval even though I was paying the $500 for it...When I showed my counselor the phsyc eval, he laughed & asked me what dhs quack "doctor" did the eval...he looked at me and said, "I've had MONTHS with you vs that quacks couple hours of odd wood puzzles & putting blocks together! You absolutely do NOT have BPD..There is NOTHING wrong with you other than anxiety which is to be expected at this point!" He believed she was paid by DHS to give a crap diagnosis to hurt my case. DHS only listened to the quack doctor though, never my counselor who saw me weekly for 2yrs & actually discharged me on grounds that no further services were needed. Still have that letter to this day...he even showed up to testify in court that I was more than capable of caring for my children on my own...they of course ignored him to the extent he wanted to know what the hell he was there for if no one was going to listen to him.

This is my issue I went to jail protecting me and my daughter from a neighbor who actually got a arrested for beating his own wife. Now I have to fight both and cps has been harassing me left and right. Same here!!! I was arrested because I defended myself from my abusive husband in the presence of my child. He yelled profanities at my 9 month old baby and punched me to the ground. They left my baby in his care!

This addresses social workers making decisions about prescriptions for children..social workers ALSO in the County where I live intervene in what they believe what prescriptions ADULTS on their case load take...and violate all manners of HIPPA rights...or ask adults to surrender their HIPPA rights...

No lawyer is needed. If you go against a doctors order and hold a med, there needs to be a very good and very well documented reason, a doctor needs to be notified of the hold immediately with the info as to why it's held and then he needs to give a verbal order to d/c with written orders in place with in 48 hours. A nurse can't d/c an order. A chiropractor can't d/c an order and a DFS worker sure can't do it. Think about parents who have been investigated and charged and even black listed for doing that exact same thing with their own child. Even if it's due to negative side effects, they will use it against you unless you have documentation. In a normal home situation without DFS involvement, letting your doc know is adequate but when u r under investigation, it would be dangerous to not have a D/c written order. If you are overseeing medication in a professional setting of any sort, you have to have the credentials to stop or even temporarily hold the med without immediate follow up and documentation. So I guess the question is what would one do in that situation if not go to the lawyer. Well by DFS's rules, we'd HOT line it and go to the judge. A lot of times, doctors get angry when even other doctors jump in and change a medication regime without proper consultation. See if the doctor will HOT line it as well. Have all your friends and family hot line it. Tell them they don't even have to be certain your telling the truth. They just have to believe their is a small percentage of the truth being told. It's against the law to change a doctors order without verbal orders and professionally, you need to have written orders in place following verbal confirmation. Call the police. It is a crime.

I was charged with medical neglect BC I didnt have my child admitted to a hospital after birth for observation only with the approval and supervision of his highly qualified midwife & pediatrician who were seeing him on a daily basis for his first week of life and then subsequently as well. CPS solicited a false complaint from a prenatal care providers who's own records proved her claims false , so they could get a pick up warrant for my 1 week old . Then they postponed my emergency hearing which is supposed to be given within 24 hours , for 3 or 4 days so they could take him to his Dr. Appt. And try to dig up anything they could against me. I had to change his guardianship and be supervised to get him back into my care, and after oa few days in foster care he was returned to me (temporarily), screaming his head off and with multiple raw areas on his skin. The 2nd I picked him up out of their carseat he stopped screaming.

Nope. Don’t sign anything especially if you still have your kids. You don’t have to do anything unless they have a court order I forgot to add you don’t even have to let them into your house. Don’t, that’s how they start stuff. Don’t even open the door. And make sure you tell your kids to NEVER talk to anyone at school. Cps workers will go to the schools and the school staff will present the cps workers as “their friend”. They do this so the kids will Trust the cps worker and then they can ask leading questions. If you or your kid don’t talk there’s nothing they can do unless your child is truant from school, bruised, or you’re medically neglecting them.

I would guess it’s not called a 388 in every state. The best thing to do is it ask your attorney. Google WIC 388 in California. Cut and paste the language and ask your attorney if your state has anything similar.

Vincent W Davis I got a question.. I was accused of abuse.. a protective order is in place.. I received a letter that there was insufficient evidence that abuse had taken place.. the date was off by over a month when it was said to b reported... so is that my case? Because my ex was reported also by the same crazy nut as me... would that b then informing me about her case? Or is it mine? Also I was arrested and charged with abuse.. it’s still pending.. if Cps found no evidence of abuse will the charges be dropped? I have a lawyer but I can’t get any answers from him.. after paying him 2 grand.. and can I get the protective order off somehow? Their mother is on my side... it was some crazy b who reported us both... because my daughter was out of control and viscously pulling her little sister around by the hair... grabbed her and told her to go to her room and pushed her towards her bedroom door and she fell.. that’s literally what happened... so can I get the order off somehow? Or charges must b dropped first? And will they b dropped?

Vincent W Davis well ok thanks for the reply.. and talking to my attorney that’s next to impossible.. court is over the phone and I go up to the office and call n he doesn’t ever answer anything...just ignores me🤬he got his money I guess he’s finished...he hasn’t even been on one call for court.. I’ve done everything . Even set my pretrial date with the judge not even knowing if my lawyer has court in another county that day😂..I been trying to figure out if since Cps found no evidence of abuse if they’d drop charges but it’s been a brick wall to figure it out.. thanks anyway at least u replied😂

If they already took your kid it’s difficult as your appointed attorney is there just for the formalities. A private attorney might sell you out as well. If you still have your kids don’t cooperate unless they have a court order.
