I definitely feel this. Cutting back all of my social media and simplifying and focusing what I do online has opened up so much. Hope scaling back and focusing does the same for you.

I subbed a few weeks ago and for someone with a lower sub count youre consistently making it to my fyp/timeline/algorithm. Telling you this to let you know your efforts are surely fruitful but I can only imagine how much time and effort you've had to put into it to for you to outshine and "out-algorithm" bigger creators I follow. It's had to be hard and surely not sustainable without a team! So yes please do what you can to reset and stay sustainable because you've been a delight to follow so far. Yes I came for the bod 😩 but stayed for the quality content and transparent/real personality 😂🫡

Im here and always have been to follow your journey, and what you feel like doing, I get ya. I deleted all my social media except youtube 4 years ago, and almost 2 years ago, I left youtube too, I needed to rediscover myself, go back and learn a few new recipes if you will, and concentrate on me, yes I wrote my book, but that was essentially my farewell to the online, and wiping my slate clear for a new journey. Do you Sabrina, you need to be happy too

Thank you for this honest talk. I can so much relate. you've built a channel that is very much niched down, but when I discovered your channel, I didn't subscribe because of Karate (I don't do it, don't know the slightest thing about it 🥴). But you're interesting. I have a channel of similar size and never chose a niche. It's been a struggle to build it, but the freedom is incredible. Only problem is that KZbin revenue is pocket change (for now) 😆. Keep up the good work. I'll be watching even if you do a cooking show 👍

Your next video should be "how female attackers are different from male attackers" I believe that would be an informative video on the topic of self defense. Men and women usually have different motivations and usually use different methods. This will be very informative.

"They" say that if you make your passion your job then you never work a day in your life. While this sounds lovely, it's not necessarily accurate. Or true. Therein lies a logical fallacy. The problem with making your passion your job is that you're adding a layer of responsibility to that passion that wasn't there before. Sometimes this means having to do things that are outside your wheelhouse, because now you have to treat your passion like a business for it to succeed. And if you have no background in business that's going to make it harder. Where you'll start to despise the thing that was once your passion because you no longer find enjoyment in it. I think you're at this step. And it's at this point people usually change their tactics - either they will learn the things they need to to run the business or they will bring in a team to run the business aspects so they can get back to focusing on the thing that made them successful in the first place. Every major KZbinr who does this for a living has a team behind them. It's not just KZbin though. Martial artists who decide to open their own schools go through this same process. They say "I just want to teach" but they can't, but they don't know how to successfully run a school so the business suffers. So the decision is either close the school or decide you're in it for the long haul and figure out what you're going to do next to keep the school alive. Same process. They hire a staff. They take business classes. I don't know your background but I think you're already business minded so the next logical step would be to find someone to split the responsibilities of video creation so you can focus on the martial and let them focus on the technical. Will be interesting to see which direction you go.
