Well for R&D with my projects when everything is installed and good. I will go back and make new videos to help with diagnostics. And honestly just break something on the system and go through the process of what to look for and figure it out. Install is like 80% of calls for any tech company. Usually timing of bad sources of power breaking stuff. I go straight to the battery and most cases protect the switched 12v wire with a relay.

Should make a joker Kit using a dual plane manifold. A single plane manifold raises the torque up the RPM with some loss of low end torque.

That one is a dual plane intake. Runs pretty good. The Taheo makes about 200hp on a good day

I haven’t received mine yet, as I just ordered it, should be here on Monday. My question I have is I have a 97 vortec engine, and I didn’t change the timing cover when I did the cam swap because of budgeting back in the day, so I have the stock cover in there and don’t have any good way of confirming 15 BTDC. Could I change it in the handle held and the engine to be at 0* degrees and then adjust it afterwards? Aside from dropping the front accessories what’s something you recommend? I’ve read I can measure the distance that the balancer travels to equal 15* (0.83 or something) and then set that up. Thanks for reading my babble of a question.

I made a video on balancer math if you want to check it out. I would recommend a harbor freight timing light you can change the advance on it and make it line up with zero.

For an electric fan, you don't need it to idle up higher I would assume. So, how/where do you turn that off in the handheld?

There is a % number you can make it not idle up when the fans are on

A lot of times surging is it hunting for more air. If you idle is too low or your converter is too tight this can happen. Also you can try to open the blades up some. What is your iac value

Hey Tim! My Royal Flush has no spark. I have zero voltage at the coil. Car ran great last summer. I've been installing a supercharger over the winter, I didn't mess with the electrical. Just went to fire it up and I have no spark. What do you suggest checking?

I do have RPM signal at the handheld while cranking. I've put a new coil on just to try, but Im not getting any power at the coil harness

So I updated my firmware and re-ran my wizard. I've checked continuity with all my wires and everything is good. Pin #1 on the ECU is coil positive. I have zero voltage while cranking. I'm assuming the ECU is at fault?

Sounds like a driver issues. Very odd it went with no spark for no reason. Usually I see that happen after it goes to the exhaust shop and it gets welded on or jump started. With the ecu hooked up. You know we got you.

I find it odd too, it ran fine last summer. What's a replacement ECU cost? Do you guys have them in stock?

@@actionvulture5251 Hey Tim. I just received the new Royal Flush ECU from you guys. The car ran great for about 300 miles. It started misfiring then died. I'm having the same issue again. No spark and no voltage from the ECU to the coil. Everything on this vehicle is brand new. I've seen a few others with this same problem, is there an issue with these ECU's?

Some of them are for different projects. I got rid of all of the boxes and old parts. The killshot I took off I am putting on my dump truck and the rest is my tool boxes and wiring kit. You should have seen it after my big block project when I was doing the one ton swap. I was thinking of getting one of those slide out drawer kits for it.
