Joe! Appreciating the content as always and the updates on the conditions at Castaic over the last couple years. My buddy and I would watch your videos at the office getting stoked for the striper bite at Castaic on the weekends. Thank you! Length of line out depends on how deep i see the fish at. But generally leadcore drops 5 feet per color at 2mph.

The leadcore line is the weight. Flies are weightless!

Depth depends on where I see them at! Some schools will be at different depths than others. In this video, we were about 30-35 feet down. Thanks!
