I just want to say I bought palworld day 1 literally. I was there when people try to buy the game and they literally can't because everyone else was buying it so, they crashed steam, but luckily they got it back up in like a minute. I enjoyed the game like very much like as soon as I open up the game that's like 4 to 7 hours gametime. Of course, like mostly everyone else. I took a break, but I came back I think 2 months before the sakurajima update. I'm so excited to try out the new hardcore mode

As a day-1er also, while there's a lot of cool stuff in this update in general, I think the randomizer function is probably my favorite just because it makes the game really fresh. I'm the kinda guy who tends to start new playthroughs and see how well I can efficiently progress, but when there's less statics you also can't depend on them, so it goes back to that cool "I encounter a thing, I WANT the thing" vibe.

His ability, Aegis charge is very good (surprisingly his def and hp not the highest), only issue is he move very slow so, when you charge into enemy sometime enemy attack poke through the shield and hit you anyway or you tries to back up and get back shot. Though at Max rank the shield last good bit if you ride Silvagis 👍

keep in mind that sleeping pals take more damage, so that 8k damage would be very different if it was awake.

I saw some guy who put together a Bushi Noct with Legend / Siren of the Void / Invader / Demon God, and grouped it with four Hoocrates to further buff it. He didn't say anything about its damage though. On paper, this sounds REALLY strong. Legend gives 20% attack, Siren and Invader both give 30% dark damage, Demon God gives 30%, and the four Hoocrates give 20% dark damage each. Bushi Noct is, according to PalDB, one of the strongest non-raid and non-legendary pals. Sounded like a fun mix of passives, and it's a build with all blue passive skills, so it just looks really cool. Have Bushi Noct use dark attacks, and it should do incredibly high damage. Could probably get away with using Musclehead instead of Legend, since that's 30% over 20%, but then you wouldn't be all blue. Style over performance, right?

i think he was talking about the breeding time. It’s a mod that allows you to breed in 10 seconds. he also has the setting you were talking about at 0 since the eggs were instantly able to hatch

Highly recommend terantriss for dungeons use her web like a grappling hook right before you land jump and you get high speed it's a 5 sec cooldown as well

Azurmane has become on of my favorite land mount pals next to Fenglope and it's new variant. He's fast but not so fast I can't watch the area around me for stuff, and the dash can be a quick dodge tool when fighting while mounted. I'd say being a bit more combat capable offsets not having the mobility double jumps the Fengs do.

Can you speak out about the game breaking bug that's bricking the game for some players? Something with autosave is crashing the game but also making it unable to reopen. Its happening A LOT to xbox players. The game is in an unplayable state for us and the post update patch didn't address it.

I still wanna say that you should use the passive skills that buff certain elements attacks since they give a little more dmg than just having raw attack passives, i mean the 30% attack specific dmg give already 48% + dmg with the right build (serenity, musclehead or demon god, legend and the respective element bonus attack) and if you want full dmg is 51% that comes from the 30% or 34 with the 20% bonus ones in full dmg build (serenity, musclehead, demon god and dmg especific)

The Breeding got really hard. my gen 1 Orserk was easy to breed. My Updated Orserk was a horrortripp. the gen 1 orserk needed just 70 breeds. I skipped sakurajima and restarted at Feybreak. My Feybreak Orserk took 295 attempts to breed into : Legendary, Diamond Body , Ferocious , Muscle Headed. Its worth it to invest time and love into a Good Breed Pal. Good luck with your further attempts.

That seems to me like you mostly only tested the combat pal version. Azuremane is a pretty damn fast ground mount. I instantly assumed you'd be going for swift, runner, legend, eternal engine as traits. I guess we have different priorities. I mean, as a ground mount, only a handful of others can compete with it. Necromus, Paladius, that Dazemu thing that people keep mentioning, that I never even considered good enough to level up as a mount, etc. Maybe we could include Rayhound/Fenglope as options as well, for the ease of having a double jump, and being small enough to fit inside dungeons, where we mostly use our non-jetragon/frostallion mounts.

I don’t understand how people don’t have demon god . I bred 1700 astegons for my base and got like 6 . If you are constantly breeding you will get those passives On another note , turn on triple spawn and go to gobfins turf and use the homing sphere launcher and catch as many as will fit in your pal box , that is a good way to farm for demon god I think .

The better dmg your pals do, the more value Vampiric has. There is a new Pal called Osmuscul? That have an exclusive skill that drains enemy HP, I have one with Vampiric and it’s single handed solo all old tower bosses up to Selyne, the HP drain is crazy.

Yes, but its a very rare trait to both get via breeding/catching Pals. The only traits that can not be found via Breeding random Pals is Legend and the Emperor/Raid Boss traits like Siren of the Void.

Not so much - it might be if you're making a new world but late/end game, Lucky is worthless. It's more of a flex Trait when catching a Lucky itself more than anything.

Honestly I was pretty disappointed in Azuremane. I bred one up right away and the partner skill (even at 4 star) is pretty lackluster. When I saw the patch art I was hoping for a Electric version of Frostalion (thinking Kirin from Monster Hunter) and when i saw the stats i was hopeful. fast-forward to a 4 star and its pretty much only better than Azurobe as a swimming mount and just gets outclassed everywhere else; Dazemu is just better at basically everything and so I went back to it. the only use-case i see for it is that its slightly earlier to breed than Orserk for Electric so you save some time breeding.

I have 5 froststalilions with different combinations 1 with the 4 work speed boosts 1 defense build as above 1 balanced build(all blue) with legend, diamond body, demon god and vampire 1 attack build with legend, demon god, serenity, and vampiric. The only thing I haven't tried is swaping vampiric for muscle head. Is pure attack really better? I found the ones with vampiric do last longer in battle.

Serenity is still better just for the skill cooldown. They added skills that are as beefy as 200, Serenity is a must on the more stronger Pals.

Lord of Lightning is inferior to a perk called Eternal Flame, which you can pass down from Blazamut Ryu. Lord of Lightning is an additive 20% damage buff. So either Musclehead or Serenity would be better. Eternal Flame however is a multiplicative 30% buff to both Lightning and Fire damage. When you add this to the equation, it works out being stronger than Musclehead's 30% additive buff. A better combination for this Pal would be Eternal Flame, Demon God, Serenity and Legend.

the new Craftsmen Trait is cracked together with the new Science Upgrades you´re getting up to 600 Workspeed Makes me think, to add the -20% Sanity Loss instead of the +30% Trait, so they take next to no Breaks So Craftsmen Artisan Nightactive and whatever that Trait is called in English

Lord of Lightning is not better than Serenity, Serenity is literally the single best passive in the game. You'd use Eternal Flame anyway. Over Legend for a max damage glass cannon or over Musclehead for something a bit more reliable.

If you have the pal as a boss or lucky they will hit significantly harder and get an additional bonus to all other stats. The lucky ability also gives a base bonus to stats and crit chance.

I'd be more impressed if you did this the legit way instead of using a Mod to increase how fast you get eggs - us console users can't use Mods, we can only lower egg incubation time, so we have to do it the hard way, but it feels so much better when you finally get that perfect combination.

people this guy isn't using mods, if your playing single player which he clearly is so he can hatch eggs every five seconds (which makes bragging kinda silly imo but hey) if you go to custom world settings you can set it so pals breed pretty much instant and eggs hatch instantly by adjusting the timers. edit: I forgot there isn't a setting for breeding time regardless this isn't a big deal as it only takes less then ten minutes to get eggs

Wrong. You can only change how long incubation takes via game settings, not how long it takes to get eggs. Console does not have access to Mods, PC does.
