Runes: Glacial Augment, magical footwear, biscuit delivery, Approach Velocity (so you can go in for chain CC) Secondary Runes: Conditioning, Revitalise Build: Everfrost, boots (your choice), Fimbulwinter, Anathemas Chains, Spirit Visage and one more item of your choice. Spell order: Max W then Q then E Aim is to get as much CC as possible and tilt the enemy team. You can still peel for your team since it’s Janna. Thanks for the content!

Hey Zwag thanks for the content as always! Day 161 of asking for Battlemage/Exhaust Sona, with guardian, shield bash, bone plating, revitalize, manaflow and gathering, items are lich bane, crown mythic, archangels/seraph's, mejai's, and deathcap (and of course bring Exhaust lol). Semi tankyish and very fast battlemage that does great dmg and utility and can win a ton of duels. Can even work against zed/yas mids.

My version of logically correct Tristana top split pusher(And) mid roamer (I didn't use math, but logic from what I know. I am by no means a Tristana main): Tree 1 Sorcery: Phase rush: It helps a lot with early game to give access to kills with your E, a level one trade with it might be strong, a level two trade would be extremely brutal on them, a level three is almost a guaranteed kill in most situations. Transcendence: With the fast paced build and the ability to 1v2, or even obliterate in team fights if needed. (Top) Gathering Storm: As a splitpusher, there are many scenarios that might put you in a longer than usual game. Plus in this scenario, better than the other two options. (Mid.)Waterwalking: Ganks go faster, and prio is usually for you with most things. Manaflowband: Mana is somewhat needed with how much you'd be spamming some abilities sometimes. Helps you stay in lane too. Tree 2 Precision: (Both top and mid) Coup de Grace: Below 40% is the sweet spot, and this is where usually your target would be before the bomb goes off. (Top)Legend: Bloodline: Lifesteal is a big thing for both splitpushers and ADCs or bruisers. This would effictively make you a split pusher. (Mid) Legend: Tenacity: When you gank lanes, CC might be an issue, but this combo with Phase rush would make your ganks most likely not a waste of time by increasing your chances of success. (TOP--------)Build path 1 splitpusher: Your W is a means of escape, it'd be very hard to catch you specially with phase rush while you could kite like a madman, and won't get bursted down. You deal with towers relatively fast, and deal with 1v2 relatively easily with a fair amount of abilities to cycle through. Your R is to be used to get some distance away from them mostly, even though you'd have no problems kiting them in most cases, sometimes dashes or flashes happen, or certain situations. This build is one of the most oppressive ones out there. Skill ranking: E>Q>W>Q>E (Max Q, then E.) Reasoning: It's a long lane, and AA the hell out of people it the name of the game, and navori gives you a lot to work with with max Q. Summoners: Exhaust-Ghost. Why those two? Ghost will most likely give you a kill early with your poke in this long lane. Exhaust for the next kill and it's going to be very oppressive as a combo summoner for Tristana. Ghost could get you out of situations and run after your W which NEEDS to be successful. Exhaust would help you both escape or 1v2 or even 1v3. (Starting: dagger+ 4 potions depending on your match up, sometimes refill is better.)(First back teir 1 boots/teir 2 rush) Berserker's graves/Swiftness-Kraken slayer-Navori Quickblades-Hulkbreaker-Phantom dancer-Death's dance 0. Why dagger and 4 potions? Because you're a bully, and its a very fast way for procing your full E, and your potions keep you in the lane for a long time. You could even outlast if the enemy has teleport with your potions and poke and W. st item should be teir 2 boots if you manage to bully them out of lane, you are literally one of the biggest bullies, and your poke is enhanced by the ability to chase and attack relatively fast to proc your E. In the case where you can't do this, or need tenacity, then consider mercury treads. I would go as far as to suggest boots of swiftness would be very good in lane since you could bully them all the way back to the tower and help you escape ganks, and later on in late game, you are more of a powerhouse of kiting. 1.Kraken: I believe kraken slayer is one of the best things for your splitpushing, and to 1 v 1 or 1 v 2 considering your other items too for quicker combos with Navori Quickblades 2.Navori Quickblades: The speed on which you get your E and Q are insane, that way you'd be able to dish a lot of damage continuously, and large amounts of them. 3.Hulkbreaker: Even though one would assume Infinity edge is an obvious choice, you would be mistaken. At this point in time, you need to be able to survive top lane and be able to consistently deal with 1v2 situations, or even escape a 1 v3 or win it. 4. Or 5. (Most likely choice 4. in 85% of the time) Phantom dancer: Why still no Infinity edge? Simple, even though damage is sweet and all, the movespeed on Phantom is way too good to pass up. Plus the attack speed is very good to go with Navori, which more than makes up for the lack of IE. 4. Or 5. (Against Ap heavy) Situational Maw of Malmortius: In the instance you're against a mordikiser for instance or a lot of AP champions, this would serve very well for your survivability, and help you 1 v 2 or even 1 v 3 while still giving you access to some damage. 4. Or 5. (Most likely 5. choice) - (If you're constantly being bursted or you constantly wish you had that one more second. It also goes very well with what this build is trying to make.) Death's dance. This will allow you to more efficiently 1 v 2, specially if there are more AD on the enemy team. It is also the safer choice over Maw, since it doesn't need the condition of the damage being AP to trigger, and just works overall great. 4. Or 5. If you think you have enough sustainability to split push with hulkbreaker alone, and kite, depending on your enemy team, then Lord dominik regards is a good anti tank if they have a lot of armor, plus it gives more crit. A win win situation. Other very situational options: Mercurial Scimitar, Infinity edge (Works well if you sell the boot and feel you could keep up with them.) Ravenous hydra for the omnivamp and bloodthirster. As a kite machine, lifesteal might benefit you to some extent ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (MID)Build path 2 ganker mid: Summoners: Barrier (If burst heavy)/Clarity(If enemy team is CC heavy + your lane has CC) If neither barrier nor Clarity apply in this situation, which is rare, Exhaust might be the best bet. - Flash Skill ranking: E>Q>W>Q (Max E first, Q second) Reasoning: You want to get as many auto attacks in to trigger that bomb fast in this short lane so two points in Q hits the sweet spot. Then E is used for ganks most often, or the last damage people don't expect as they run away under tower or such. Starting items: Boots+4/3 potions Or refill. Berserk's/Swift boots - Youmuu's-Prowler-Phantom dancer-Death's dance 0. Boots would help you bully someone out of lane with your E. Your early game is strong, and levels 1/2 is a MUST poke and trigger E to set up for the next ability rotation for a kill. Bersekers with an early freeze is oppressive, they can't get anywhere near. But holding a freeze with tris may prove a bit hard. Regardless, this choice is if you want to stay in lane and continue oppressing your enemy laner. Swiftness is for extra roaming, plus catching up to enemies or running away. And yes, imo swiftness is VERY good with the combination of this build. Both of these are situational, regardless you have a lot of mobility, so depending on your match up, swiftness may be an overkill, and you might want different boots, but that is rare, as usually you'd be too ahead. 1.Youmuu's: Why Youmuu's? It's a roaming tool and extra damage with your E, with Berserkers, you have enough damage and mobility and attack speed to supress your enemy laner or make successful ganks happen. 2. (Rarely 3. or 1.) You could Prowler's before the ult as an obvious thing. But then the W into R+prowlers. You may want to test out that interaction. Why prowlers?? The lethality it gives is insane, plus in solo lane, you'd be able to prowler's after phase rush and R them. Or W then prowlers if they flash or prowlers into R to get more distance between them and your tower, and you have phase rush to easily keep up with them. The damage on your E is insane. Specially since you also have flash, this in turn gives you insane mobility to do combos and get away or catch people. Almost NO one is getting away from you with phase rush + Youmuu added. It's more suitable for roaming in this scenario as the second item, as you won't need to do a 100% to 0% in most cases alone, or you'd be able to combo it with your ult. 3. (Rarely 1. or 2.) Phantom dancer: If you want to continue to stay in your lane and bully the hell out of your enemy laner, this might be your first item instead. But later on, attack speed becomes way more valuable, and this is the time for it. 4. Death's dance: At this point in time, you want to make sure you're not bursted, as this is late game now. Death's dance is that item that will help a lot with that. 5. Situationals: Lord Dominik for armor pen + crit. Mercurial for anti CC and some MR and crit. . Edge of night might be your 1# Go to if none of those conditions apply.

What the fuck is with that "you want your ult cooldown to be high so arc refunds more"? It doesn't matter what is your ult cd, 25% is 25%. Even when this 25% is for example 4 seconds, it may enable you to use your ult 2 times in a fight. When your ult cd is reduced from 50 to 38 seconds you won't ult again in that fight probably.

You can check if the turret is close to losing plating by looking at its HP top left when you hit it - pre-14 minutes , tier 1 towers lose plating every 1000HP
