bought some cocoa flavanols from Black Forrest supplements a few months back and figured I’d give it a try. Mixed it with hot water, added the honey and let it cool a bit. When I tried it I was on my way to the gym. Not only was I feeling really good but it seemed to have improved my mood as well! Thank you for the information.

I've been drinking cacao with a quarter teaspoon of cayenne pepper (for my circulation) and once it cools I add the raw honey. I have this every morning and it's wonderful!

I get this organic cocoa powder from Trader Joe's. They use a special variety of cocoa. A rich source of antioxidant polyphenols.

Would an organic 100% cacao bar work? I do this but use 2 squares of 100% cacao. I melt it in my organic green tea, organic raw honey & at times I add a smidgen of cayenne & even Ceylon cinnamon

Your doing the right thing only it's cheaper to buy cacao in bulk from ebay or amazon, I buy 1 kg tub on ebay for about £12 (UK) here chocolate has high tax duties in shops even drinks and bottled water 20% vat added. I don't consider it fair to have to pay VAT duty on health food or water but that's how it is here.
