Nice catches out there! The smallmouth bite it’s very finicky lately but if you throw out a senko about 25 feet out at your first spot a let it sink. They’ll bite it, but they are biting very specific baits right now.

@@GaryzillaOutdoors Love caching largies too. They are pretty good fish to catch! Also I was down in swallow bay and my friend caught a dfg and a 8lb bass ate the dfg and he had it one for a good 2 minutes but spit the dfg! I was insane

Awesome day dude! I've always struggled at del Valle, I can only catch strippers on anchovies. I started using soft plastic craws this week and I caught one! Nice Jim Bob lol

Yeah craws are definitely one of my go-to creature baits! And thanks the Jimbob was pretty decent haha

Do you think those ultra-realistic craws are the only ones they'll bite now? I've been trying a rage craw but having no success with it, may be just a skill issue though.

I think the Sleeper Craw is just designed very well, size, weight distribution, material. A traditional plastic craw would still work, but perhaps not perform as well (in some scenarios)

Congrats! Quitting cigs is one of the hardest things I've ever done and I quit drinking and using other things long before I quit smoking cigs!
