Christanity teaches the same - "Those who use the things of the world should not become attached to them. For this world as we know it will soon pass away.". (Bible - 1 Corinthians 7:31) The difference is that in other religions, we are told that we can work our way toward God by ourselves, whereas in Christanity, it is God who comes in human form to help us come toward Him - He sacrifices himself on the cross to pay for our sins and sends his own Spirit to help us become holy. God is our Saviour - we could never become perfect by ourselves, but He redeems us in His love, sanctifies us and brings us to dwell with Him forever ❤

One thing I realised while living is that *"FOREVER"* cannot be attached to something that is on going....while loving forever is almost impossible, losing forever is always possible. But we always live because of the things that don't last forever... For example dream, memory, regret those things or Love, a person those things...... Trust me.....with time everyone will realise it but unfortunately it will be the last moments of their life......

This is also the same in Hinduism. We believe in non-attachment, especially on expected results and outcomes. Next is of course, nothing lasts forever and all that we experience is just an illusion. That we are all energy. So in contrast- nothing lasts forever, we, our essence (aatma) is energy and therefore cannot be destroyed and is actually forever. ❤

In the Bhagavad Gita it's the same thing.... When I studied about Hinduism I found a lot of things.... Religions like Buddhism, Sikhism, Jainism came out of Hinduism .... And I have seen the Hindus don't really consider them different from them even if they consider them different.... Afterall all of these religions believe in most of the teachings of Hinduism.... @@two8915 exactly now let's make it a lot clear .... They have never mentioned about any such things in any texts.... It has all been caused due to the misconception.... Now it is also true that Hindus were at the fault to not read their texts properly.... But u can't blame them for everything since the situation was such.... But not for us right.... We should study abt something b4 criticizing something..... Well about the caste differentiation.... It had spread the most during the time of Mughal invasion (were not allowed to study about their religion) and even more during the British rule ( strategic move by them).... Since t is never told that there is anything like dalit or lower caste system.... All they talked abt is Varna.... But which is not linked wid lineage..... Since even the king Vishwamitra was a kshatriya but later became a Brahmin.... As vishnu told himself..... That only the work of the person defines the Varna of the person... And just because some followers of it did the wrong misinterpretation... It doesn't mean that we would ignore the reality the truth and live our lives in delusion.... Buddhism not only explain the bonds and attachment. It explains (to remove the suffering roots) you are the one who creates the world in your mind using bonds. Your world and background are entirely your own creation, and everything is determined by your thoughts. The mind is an amazing thing. Need to concentrate the mind, every thoughts you get(from eyes, nose, ears, tongue, body, and mind) how you get it and emptiness of the thought. If you understand reality you wont sad again. Actually Jainism, Buddhism and Hinduism are same. Now before some dimwit tries to correct me, I want to point out that they follow the same essential tenets, like Karma , dharma, Samsara, Phala, moksha. A Human's Goal is to liberate himself from Samsara forever and ever... These three religions built different paths for the exact same goal. Hindus believe that you need Brahman(God) for liberating you. Jains believe that since it is all cyclical, that you do karma and that gives you results, there is essentially no need of a creator, so they do not believe in God and become Transtheistic, they affirm the existence of the Atma. Buddhism outright rejects that there is a soul(atman) , because of the lack of proof for it, and since everything is empty (that is , there is nothing in this universe that isnt dependent on something else.)
