Love what you are doing and your mission, and sponsors are a great way to get some funding for it. BUT, please don't call a sponsored showcase a review, because that just undermines the value of genuine, no-strings-attached reviews. Good luck with the greening project 💚

Ooh thank you! I've been wondering about at least supplementing our energy needs with solar power.

I think the outlets being on the side have one particular benefit. The cooling fans are over there above them, and so having the cables over there means you're encouraged to keep that area clear for the cables and then therefore clear for ventilation. Also if you want to have those cooling fans blow the hot air into your tent for some warmth, it would make sense to orient it toward the tent along with the cables. I wouldn't advise doing that since that might introduce unhealthy air, but in a survival during a massive freeze it could be a life save... Not in a desert of course. lmao

Appreciate the suggestion. You're right to, there are benefits to having the plugs on the side which for us is simply using the power station for other things around the Homestead!✌🏾
@Will_ForgeАй бұрын
@@GrowTreeOrganics Yeah, and I'm not even using one, so I only have my guess at looking at it to go off of. You have a first hand experience with it which is much more valuable.

Thank you for your review! I have 2 inverters with extra batter for each but it won't run my big deep freeze nor a circular saw. I'm working on just using my 2 small freezers and the big one shut down unless I get a great deal on something ... maybe out of my deer garden. Still should look at a bigger inverter to power a big deep freeze. I do have 2 generators and the big freezer will stay frozen for 3 days if it's completely full (not the ice cream)

Sounds like a nice set up you have! Glad I could give some insight on another power station!✌🏾

You asked about the unboxing. Yes its important to include the actual taking out of box part. If I am returning something it might be the only reason I look for an "unboxing" video.

Tell your wife that I know her husband has power tools to thrive in a apocalypse 😂...the lower charging rate is healthier for the battery, so 500 is good, I got a Ecoflow that charges with 400w of solar, but plugged in could charge super fast with 1500w...that's not healthy for the battery, so I only charge it with a 380w solar panel, it's better for the battery.

And she's thankful for those power tools, as am I!😅✌🏾

I think I said we have power tools. We just don’t rely on them. Doesn’t mean we don’t use them ✌🏾💜

@GrowTreeOrganics it's the way to go, especially when building.
@MosaicHomestead2 ай бұрын
@a_fellow_homesteader When building, rely on them as your life depends on it, you guys are building right now, those tools are needed. Once I finished my home to the point it was livable, I built a solar powered shed and started buying new battery operated tools for 100% off grid building, I rely on my tools, powered tools is the only way to work faster, it's a advantage we have today, if you can work, supplying your own power off grid, that will be a super power if the shet hits the fan.

So, your channel's recent content. There was one video with actual useful content and 2 whole video ads. Not a mix of content and sponsorship, but two whole videos full of advertising. I understand that you have to make ends meet, but this is hurting your future earnings badly. I was about to unsubscribe, but I think you are doing a really cool thing. So I thought to leave this comment instead. Do not make whole video ads, do not call ads "reviews". I remain subscribed, but please do not do more whole video ads, I will have to unsubscribe and miss the other cool content.

Appreciate you sticking around! The companies more so have a requirement for how they want things presented, but I'd agree that it shouldn't be a whole video. This will be the last whole video ad. I prefer filming what we're doing anyway with the earthworks and such.!✌🏾

@@GrowTreeOrganicshey if they're good products I don't mind watching review videos. Just label it so that people who don't want to watch it knows that it's ads so they can skip it. Lots of great popular channels do review videos of certain products and it definitely doesn't hurt their numbers. Most reasonable people understand that you need to make an income to keep doing what your doing. I've never unsubscribed from a channel just because they do ads. Keep doing what you want.

🎉 @Mariano.Bernacki: 👎 I can't believe you took the time to tap out a complaint about these reviews. Which is exactly what they are, not advertisements. Many of us who live in very rural settings need all of the info we can gather about personal experiences from people whom we respect. Especially before shelling out hundreds and thousands of dollars for equipment which for us isn't about having the latest and greatest new gadgets. It's about SURVIVAL. Go find some Real Problems to complain about. Like your remote control isn't working and you had to walk 10 extra streps to adjust your mini-split system to get the perfect temperature so you don't feel Any discomfort. 🧓
