He is so calm and sitting straight with proper posture the whole podcast, no body movement no hand movements as much. Superb this man is great 👍🏻 he inspired me in a whole lot way especially, sitting in the office on laptop or a computer how to keep your posture correct so that you can avoid physiotherapist away from your life. And do atleast stretching exercises every day for good bones and muscles.

grt interview. bryan you look insane and every year you progress above and beyond. i had the good fortune of meeting an incredible women in the 70s who taught me about health, non toxic products and foods, eating clean, micro doses of sunlight,. because of this protocol i look 20 years younger, my physical fitness is better than most 30 year olds. my brain functioning, clarity and focus is better then most 20 year olds. I love this lifestyle cuz i'm in peak condition, no illnesses, no glasses, no medication. its taken persistence, discipline and dedication but the results are inspiring. this was my souls calling cuz i feel passion, gratitude and timeless!!

I love Bryan Johnson’s work. First I watched him on “The Diary of a CEO” by Steven Bartlett. Bryan is the most futuristic man I ever came across. I wish HG Wells was here today to write about him.
