Listen, You can LOVE Ethan or HATE Ethan, but you can NOT deny the fact that his ability to somehow deliver absolutely insane stories almost every day in an oddly eloquent, concise & humorous way is an actual GIFT Some say public speaking or story telling/commentating is easy, but it is a TRUE craft and talent to be able to speak for hours by yourself & STILL actually be entertaining, funny & not boring to the people listening.

Yeah, Ethan and Cr1tikal have that special gift where they can go off script off camera and be still as entertaining. You don't see that from every successful commentary creator. Most usually get shy and don't know what to say outside of their videos. But this man can shit out content just by talking in his sleep.

That’s because with most banks they don’t really protect anyone from “scams” like this if you send money to a church or just let your friend use your card even and admit this the bank has 0 responsibility the reason for this is most cards and bank accounts make you sign a contract that you will be the only person using the card or account.

Unfortunately dating fraud/ scams are common. I was a cop for 12 years. I’ve had to talk to a lot of very emotional people who lost a lot of money trying to pay for visas to get their imaginary boyfriends or girlfriends across the border into Canada. It’s heartbreaking. I dated someone like the Tinder Swindler for 3 years. He was a Russian con artist. His whole family were. This was from 2017-2020. They would emotionally manipulate people out of money. And do a lot of illegal, shady things. There were so many similarities when I watched the movie. Yes, the women were complete idiots who ignored the red flags, we also are genuinely nice people who don’t want to believe at the person we love is lying to us. My ex got money out of me too. Not much because I didn’t have much. But it was a couple thousand dollars. But there’s no telling how many people he had like me. He lived 2 hours away, and many people around me told me they thought he was cheating on me. He also did the thing where he said people were after him and wire tapping their phones and house. And that scene towards the end where the woman Ayleen had the voice notes of his different personalities, that’s exactly like my ex. He had all these different personalities to manipulate me into giving him money. An angry one, a threatening one, a sad depressed one, an I love you so much and I’m doing this for us one. It’s insane. He broke up with me when I said no to this one time he invited a bunch of friends over and tried to get me to pay for food for all of them. So clearly he was only ever there for money. And this was days after he had asked me to pick out an engagement ring that I would want from him. Always talked about marrying me and us moving in together. Never happened. And never again!

I hate the fact that people call these women gold diggers. When you want a future with someone finances are important. It's not the only thing that matters of course, but it is important. Seeing someone who has their shit together and can provide is attractive. For example the first lady, yes maybe she's thinking too much on the fairytale, but if she didn't care for him, only his money, then she would've never requested so many loans to help him. It definitely was a WILD story.

as an israeli, i dont know if we have more scammers than most countries/ what i do know is that most scams are related to religion, and that fucking sucks. like you get a phone call every now and then about donating to graves and ghosts or some shit and i know some people fall for it, kinda sucks

The thing I found most amazing by the end is that this dude never accidentally sent the wrong girl the wrong message/video. When they showed that he recorded videos at the same time back to back to send to multiple women I was like 🤯

Blaming the victims makes no sense, if she just wanted money then she would have abandoned him the second he was in trouble
@levihalperin76492 жыл бұрын
@@popecheh the difference here is that it's not some "Nigerian prince" emailing you. This is a guy that she went on multiple dates with and was convinced that he was her boyfriend and planned to come move in with her. The guy is a born manipulator. Without having been through you can't really judge.
@levihalperin76492 жыл бұрын
@@popecheh yes but they also wouldn't loan money just "to some rich guy" just because he's rich. Both elements contribute to the scam.

papa bless you for posting this video when you did. i’m struggling to sleep so bad rn because i’m convinced my medication is going to kill me in my sleep. my anxiety has been on another level this past month, but these videos have given me the distraction i need. i just rewatched the video abt how ethan and hila met and i feel like i’m very much in the same position ethan was, just super anxious and unable to connect with anyone/feel like i’m wasting my life. it helps to know ethan’s been through the same stuff and that things got better for him. thank u for making me feel less crazy and less alone. ✌️💟

They are victims 100%, but how can you ignore that many red flags? I mean he's barely even with them at all, while asking for money the whole time lol
@kirby99912 жыл бұрын
Fear tactics, hed spend money on them make them trust him, say that people are coming after him so he can’t use his CC or he’ll be tracked down and killed, asks to borrow the $ with the women thinking they’ll get it back since he’s a billionaire
@Brinxy132 жыл бұрын
@C S not really. I mean they willingly gave him money. All he did was ask. Why do you think he wasn’t convicted for any of this? Because it’s technically not illegal to ask your SO for money even if you lie about why you need it. The DA wouldn’t touch that case with a 10 foot pole.

I watched this tonight and it made my stomach turn. A couple years ago I had a similar situation happen to me in the states. I was a 24 year old single mother. I ended up in a almost year relationship with a man who scammed me out of money and lied about his entire identity to me. I feel for these women. This man knew exactly what to say and what to do to manipulate those around him. I’ve been at that dark place before, and it’s absolutely terrifying.
