My wife surprised me with a birthday visit and tour of Snows BBQ a few years ago Met the owner and Tootsie as well as the rest of the team, could not have been a more welcoming bunch of people anywhere Simply really ,really good BBQ in an awesome lil town filled with great folks, not fancy ...just delicious Ate all we could, took some home with big smile on our faces and some great memories Tootsie was so gracious and kind, I bet there are a bunch of lucky kids and grandkids running around Lexington Texas Thank you to the Snow's team, but remember to get there early...bikers, car nuts, bike riders etc. love the place Devin Thomas Mutts and Butts BBQ Team Prosper, Texas

I came here after watching Chef's Table a docuseries on Netflix & oh man made me hungry, i'm from California and there's no BBQ like this around here, I admire Tootsie she's pretty much an icon in her hometown and for good reason, very hardworking, very inspirational - this is my bucket list to travel to Texas for this BBQ

Lucas straight up keeps it real in every video. I love how he doesn't try too hard at being charming. You can tell he's just a genuinely nice and cool guy who is down to try new things and meet new people. The way he describes the food, the atmosphere and the story behind the restaurants makes me feel like he's taking me along on this entire experience. Apart from the great food, that is what I like about this series. Great job to Eater as always.
