This technique has completely changed my life 😭 in the beginning I thought I give it a try as I struggle to set boundaries with other people. Two weeks into practicing it, 1-2x a week, I noticed having more energy and the ability to evaluate situations more rationally. For example one time at my workplace I had been given the wrong key to open the store and the customers were queuing in front of the store and being really mean and upset, but I did not take any of that personally and just thought things like that can happen. And just yesterday my ex boyfriend introduced his new girlfriend, which would have crushed me a year ago or so, but this time I thought this does not affect me the slightest as I give myself the love and validation I need and I just wished them all the best from a kind hearted place. So thank you so much Aaron for sharing this with us! 💖☺️

Im on day 19. Havent even finished the full 21 days. In the 6 years ive been practicing meditation, last night I experienced a Kundalini type experience for the first time ever whilst doing this technique. I first experienced sadness and wept like crazy throughout the whole thing. Then did my own silent meditation for 10 mins. During this 10 mins i experienced total calmness and bliss state. My whole body then heated up and i sweated profusely. I was a bit shakey afterwards but then slept like a baby. I cant even describe the high i experienced, it was like i was in tune with the vibration of love. Not to mention how much my confidence has sky rocketed these past 2 weeks. Ive attracted a lot of attention and have never felt so brave to speak up, stand in my truth and authenticity. There is no coincidence. This meditation has transformed me ❤

I think as empaths we all need this. HSP are even more likely to be empaths and have people pleasing issues because of how we are made. It’s about choice and this heals the fear that leads us to nebulous boundaries and gives us the ability to CHOOSE to merge with others and feel what they are feeling. I am dealing with a twin flame relationship that has brought up the issue of wanting solid ground and being governed by the others nebulousness and I realize it’s about my lack of solid ground inside me that has been the pain all along. I left my lower chacras out of not feeling safe and this is exactly what I needed. It’s not about cord cutting. It’s about me becoming a separate person safe inside my body. The universe keeps giving me the next teacher or method as I need it. I feel so blessed at the synchronicity. Thank you. Great method.

I got to a point where my inner child started screaming “Help me! I’m so alone! Why won’t anyone help me”. So confronting but it’s not like I haven’t always known this is where my journey was leading. I’ve always been too scared to dig deep and find what’s buried but after 43 years of hurt I can’t stop hiding. Every day hurts. Every relationship hurts. I need to dig and heal. Once and for all. Aaron you are amazing. Thank you for your help. You are so calming and even though we have never met, and never will, I felt safe enough to continue- and i promise to myself and you and everyone around me and in my future that I will continue this for at least 21 days. I’m so excited to see where this goes. Namaste 🙏🏻

For 5-10 mins stare at a candle Be more and more relaxed with every breath. Muscles behind your eyelids loosenn and rekax. Tension in the jaw, if any, relax. 2. Observe your thoughts 3. On the in- breath, bring the awareness inside your body. 4. Feel the separation between you and the flame. 5. Put the awareness in your left leg, right leg, torso, heart. 6. Bring the awareness into self. 7. Feel the space between you and the walls. 8. As you feel the separation, you are taking the energy inside. 9. On the in- breath focus on the flame. 9. On the outbreath, focus on the peripheral. Feel the connection between you and the environment. 10. Feel the energy go more in your bottom three chakras.

@xXTigresse1Xx Hi! Same. Your comment is 3 months old now and nobody has responded. I was wondering if you figured it out? I don't know if "feeling the separation " is the same as "noticing" it...or thinking about how far it is from me physically and being aware of that? Am I missing a crucial part? It seems like the most important part of the exercise so I'd like to be doing it properly

Thank you Aaron for this life changing meditation. I have a memory from around 7 years old where I remember looking down at my hand and feeling like it wasn’t mine. I didn’t feel in my body anymore and obviously at the time I had no idea why. At 6 years old I had begun to suffer psychological abuse. Now at 34 I have heard you explain this technique today and the reasons why we have maybe left out bodies, to live more in our minds and it’s like you have solved a huge mystery in my life. I practised this video and the effects were Instantaneous. I felt my legs! I felt me and the separation to the grass I was sitting on. I realise I have blurred into my environment all these years, moulding myself to others energy to feel loved and approved of. Today I stand on my own two feet (and can feel them!) and I really feel here, as me, for the first time. You truly are an angel here to help SO many people. I want you to know you have changed my life. Sending love and gratitude from the U.K ❤️

Your frame technique changed my life. I had left my ex narc and had a complete loss of self and I was wayyyy out of my frame. I had so much shame and feelings just stuck and suppressed. As I did that frame technique for 21 days it changed my life Aaron. It was really tough at first, as I did the frame technique the first week or two I released a lot of stuck energy and feelings and cried and cried as I brought the energy back. But it literally helped me to be able to talk to people again slowly. I had been isolated for so long with my ex narc. Again, I couldn’t thank you enough Aaron. This really helped me so much.

@@AscendedWarriors Getting better and better. I have been re-meeting myself and caring for the needs I didn't care for while I was more codependent, financially, spiritually, physically, emotionally... I have so many more dreams for my future and have achieved a good number of them because my identity doesn't rely on anyone else. It hasn't been a smooth ride, but I am ending some relationships and transforming others, and I'm calm and content about it at this point. I have a much better understanding of how to meet my needs and give myself all the love, attention, and respect I need. I am intentionally single and know where I want to be in my career and the expression of my self-identity before I start dating again. I did this meditation along with some courses in Thais Gibson's Personal Development School, including the Ending Codependency course, and these things were definitely life changing.

I have been doing this excercise for 14 days now and today I came to an insight/question that I wanted to share. Besides of that, I am starting to feel my own energy better during the excercise and also more during the day, which is really nice and feels powerfull. But during the meditation today I was wondering why it is important to feel the connection with your outer world on the outbreath and not just stay with the feeling of your own energy on the outbreath as well. When this insight came across my mind, I started to keep my focus on my on energy and the seperation with the in- and outbreath, which made me feel even more strong, grounded and powerfull. I am very curious what your thoughts are about this!

Interesting thought. It appears to me that focusing on both the outer world and inner world creates a balance, that we do not forget we are connected to both. When I breathe out I imagine myself connecting with the universe itself/nature etc. instead of other ppl. So that I still remain connected not only of myself but of the beauty around me

Bro I totally relate, your right on..... I have wasted almost 20yrs as a empath person, I'm 46yrs old now and finally getting it, I'm not a yes man anymore. Most of it was me wanting to be the savior for women I was in a relationship with and I just finally got totally burnt out giving these individuals all my energy. I now have a solid boundaries and am totally focused on me and what are my needs. Also I stopped caring so much about other people's problems and learned to separate that. Now my my ex is wanting me back and chases me all the time but I'm just not feeling it I have already moved on in my heart and realize I don't need anybody I'm totally self sufficient and comfortable alone. As far as meeting women I have a different point of view I'm not a wanter or needy I'm just living my life and not forcing anything, just letting it be.

I have been very sensitive and empathic all my life, I was a people pleaser. I finally just got sick of letting people take advantage of me & literally told them all to kick rocks! I have been a lone wolf since, and am totally fine with it. Idgaf what others think of me, period. I'm drawn to fire anyway, not a pyro really, it's just raw beauty and possesses such power. But the flame meditation is great in a totally dark room.

The first time I did this meditation with you I literally felt fear flood in and I realized how unsafe I feel in my own body due to childhood and adult trauma. This trauma caused me to look to others to lead causing me to find my sense of safety in other people's frames; those to whom I valued their validation of me. As I continued with you to complete the meditation something shifted where to my surprise I started settling in and feeling safe. Remarkable! I'm doing this for 21 days and can't wait to witness the results. Thank You!!

I'm still here I keep coming back for more. I had agoraphobia and was scared to walk or drive now that you taught me how to develope my frame and to be back into my body safely I feel so good I feel normal but different I feel more confident and less scared. I'm still taking anti-anxiety meds but this technique you are teaching is helping me more than anything in my spiritual walk. You are right I am in awe of everything you talk about. You are so special to me this technique is so special to me I am extremely special to me and I want to say thank you for helping me become stronger. The trauma took that away and you are teaching me little by little day by day that I am ok and safe and separated and connected at the same time. I really thank you. I prayed a few days ago to God Jesus to help me get over these fears and He lead me to you. Thank you for sharing your light. May you always feel blessed I mean that.

I had my "last straw" moment in a mall 2 days ago when a grandmotherly woman whom I did not know (and who spoke little English) violated my personal space with hair-touching. My reaction was to laugh it off, when I really wanted to speak up about the caliber of her rudeness. I'm on the journey to STOP underreacting and stand up for myself with firm boundaries and speaking up without fear of being labeled as "bad" or "rude". I'm ready. It's time.

I was very connected with mum. But too much. She was depressed and I felt a lot of her emotions. I then had a very abusive stepdad. I took it for years then couldn't handle it. After I got therapy. My therapist asked me, why am I trying to gain his approval. After work with my therapist she taught me he was narcissist. And I grew up always trying to make my mum happy. These videos really help. Since I've cut off my stepdad my life has been a lot happier. I'm still close to my mum. Some people don't understand why. But I know my mums intentions are good. My stepdad's wasn't. I'm a huge empath but I also have strong feelings when someone isn't good. I now work with homeless people and ex abusers. I do feel I have a strength but I'm more aware to know the difference now between right and wrong.

I did it day one today, and I hope I can overcome my fear of this. I just did it for the first time and it was an intense experience. At one point I felt fear and I cried. Then later it felt so good to be inside that I wanted to stay there. This technique has some science in it.... I just watched an Andrew Huberman video about Focus and ADHD where he explains how focusing on one bit and then broadening out the focus to the surroundings is an exercise that trains the brain's attention circuits and dopamine production. We feel better when we have the power to direct our attention because we can then direct it consciously towards the things we want to. Very cool dudes!

It almost feels like I’m letting go of external energies I wasn’t aware I was attached to and am becoming more internally grounded. Sometimes when i breathe out my body will twitch alongside the release. I’ll try to come back and update this as others have if I have anything additional to offer.

I am an empath with a great intuitive ability to see the reality of what's going to happen between myself and another person. I lived in darkness with my head up someone else's ass. It was warm, soft, and cozy in there, but it was a toxic environment. I didn't notice the stench because I was so used to it. Now that I can breath fresh air, I am repulsed by what used to bring me comfort. I've been doing this meditation for a month and it helped me quit fangirling over a pop star. I was an obsessive stan, simping for attention, being overprotective, joining the mob when anyone dared to insult my idol. Now I can see myself as equal in worth to the person I once put on a pedestal. This meditation really works. Thank you!

Thank You so much Aaron. I am forever grateful to the Universe and You for leading me to this technique. Words cannot express how this technique has forever changed my life. It feels like I have my own private room / personal bubble as I interact within this World. This has not only given me freedom but has also tremendously lowered my social anxiety. I now operate from my own essence and can recognize what is mine and what belongs to others. I am aware of other peoples' emotions but do not absorb them anymore. All the words in your guided meditation has come to fruition in me. I have been doing this meditation for about one and a half months, once in the morning and once before bedtime without ever missing a session. I saw positive changes after the first session but by now this feels like a super power for me. This is a miracle that I've earned by effort and granted to me from the Universe and You. I resonate with this video a lot. As a teacher of Mediumship I teach people all this stuff. A lot of empaths are mediums. But I teach them that the way you set boundaries in the living dictates how you set them with the spirits. It's all energy..people in the living or the spirit world will respect your boundaries equally to the degree that you respect your own boundaries and then if your fram is weak you'll be the medium who is bothered by spirits when you're trying to sleep so..I teach grounding, I teach them how to be in their lower triangle..the lower 3 chakras as a way to ENHANCE the activity in their upper chakras because they have lost the fear, they have strengthened at the root..strong foundatiion makes a strong structure. I build psychics and medium s from the ground up

I feel that I could be an empath yet I believe that one of my parents was a narcissist but being as I was the youngest of six children I saw how my siblings catered to the people around them and I was having none of it. I moved far away from the involvement and have recently moved back and have now been facing the challenge of how everyone is formed into these people pleasers and I am trying to be more giving as I am prepared to give of myself more but I realize that it is going to take a long process of time.

28 y/o graduate student. Trying this technique for the first time tonight. Have suffered from social anxiety most of my life, and it’s only increased in my 20s. In almost all of my interactions (even with close friends and family) I obsess over how to please the other so that I can get validation. Most recently, this pathology has caused a lot of trouble for me in trying to maintain and thrive in a romantic relationship (I have obsessed over pleasing my partner, and have lost my own sense of self in the process). Just listening to Aaron, and reading some of the comments, it helps to know that I am not irreversibly “broken”, or at least that I am not alone in feeling and acting the way I have. Will update the crew as things (hopefully) evolve through revisiting this mediation!
