​@@SirGArilla Yeah, the execute dmg throws me off a lot. I'm used to having moves deal set damage and not the thing that Flower Trick does (the more the less HP). I often like to ambush squishies and Flower Trick's mechanics don't work for me at all.

Both sets are awesome, Flower trick requires more skill to play, and is really good at securing and baiting opponent's moves. (I've been playing it so much that I can calc how much Flower trick does to determine whether I should engage, lol). The only issue I have with night slash is that it gets SHUT DOWN by stuns and Scald Slowbro. I've seen ally Meow do nothing in team fights because they engage (Like Night Slash should) then get stunned and die because Meow is squishy. In some cases it's because they didn't see that Mamo in the bush. But ngl it's satisfying to watch Night Slash Meow shred attackers and speedsters in seconds.

I'm a gold badge flower trick meow main and the outplay potential is just enormous lol! I've got a 60% WR with it in soloq only! I run full move speed honestly, I love zooming. (Muscle band, charging charm, and float stone as well as move speed emblems)

Same here I am also a gold ribbon meow main and I totally agree with your take on flower trick, it's just a lot safer and doesn't get shut down by CC as easily as nightslash does. Seeing opponents waste unites and regular moves on clone is always hilarious haha 😂

One thing that annoys me a lot is the fact that 3 years later, we still need to press a button to accept the plus version of an attack. Like why?! I'm in the middle of a fight and I'm lvl13, just update the bloody attack and highlight it to me or something. Sorry, unrelated to the video, but I just remembered

was it worth it, leafeon? im a meowmeow main and i adore trailblaze/night slash, but this is inspiring me to try more flower trick/double team. i DO play that set sometimes, like when im in a non-draft game and see the enemy team is far too bulky for my assassination attempts to go anywhere, but im still not all that great at it. i always end up missing the burst i get from trailblaze/night slash, and the KO chains i can get with the resets are just so satisfying... but I'll have to try this out! to be fair though, i also usually take jungle as meowmeow. i should practice it in lane more. ...now to find a team that will let me play it instead of putting me in a situation where im forced to play slowbro! 🙃👍

I did like meowscarada when it released, played the flower trick/double team set since it felt more like it took advantage of the ability, and general design of the pokemon, but Ive been playing them less since, since I usually dont play speedsters. My only problem with double team is the fact the only time opposing pokemon won't attack whichever meowscarada is closer to them, is when there are teammates nearby (unless they do at higher levels). This, combined with the aoe that procs when you switch places, means that tricking opposing pokemon to not hit you by thinking you're a fake meow, is almost never gonna happen, and might not even work out better than just rushing them with two meows for the dmg, so the amount you can fool the enemy team really comes down to if they can keep your double team cd in mind.

If you're saying it's trash, you just can't use it right... It's like if I called night slash sets trash because I don't like the set. Stuns also ruin night slash, I've seen ally Meows (even a gold badge) engage in a fight, get stunned and die.
