Just 2 weeks ago I thought, "when i was in boarding school i washed my hair weekly with my ordinary bathing soap and applied coconut oil. I then segmented into 4 portions, plaited it and let it be overnight. There was no heat drying. ". I had very beautiful hair then; very long and dark. So i decided i am going that way again; of course now washing with shampoo and adding some olive oil to coconut oil, I beginning to see results. I have also been doing rice water and fenugreek treatment which makes my hair very soft. Thank you Mercy.

I cut my hair 5 years ago and I've NEVER put heat in my head but my hair kept and keep falling out until now. I've been treating my hair since Feb and the growth is amazing. I have been using them for a long time and they work great with protective styles. Addition oils could be avocado, tea tree, rosemary, Aloe Vera or a paste with sulfur (eg. Sulfur 8). Whatever works well 🙂

Simply buy a silk scarf and use it as a pillowcase without wearing a bonnet. I understand wearing bonnet in hot weather is unbearable and often it falls off when sleeping.
