What’s crazy is that since we almost never saw him doing anything in videos, or heard Lia talking about his job at all, a lot of people, including myself, were guilty of thinking that she was basically his sugar mama, and that he didn’t do anything. he was a 50/50 owner, you can't just cut someone out of a business without compensation. His ownership doesn't change just because of that. Unless there were very specific details surrounding what each partner brought to the table( in terms of responsibility and skill) and voluntarily relinquished those responsibilities leading to a dissolution of said partnership than he's still the owner because Sniperwolf is the one who is in breach of contract. Now there could have been some money paid out before to get rid of him, but it doesn't sound like it. I'm guessing she's not savvy enough to know what she can or cannot do in a business arrangement.

I think I remember learning about covenant marriage in my sociology class. No-fault divorce is really common/ widespread where a couple can divorce for any reason. I think some people, perhaps more religious people, might be opting for covenant marriage bc they feel that divorce is too easy. The crazy thing is, pretty much everyone already thought 100% that was the case with Sausage playing the games back then. Obviously, now there is a court document. But , nobody ever took this girl seriously. She's famous for feeding into the stereotype of girl gamers being carried, trolling and making fun of other women's bodies on twitter. I am not even a Twitch person like that and I knew about her from a bunch of popular posts that exposed her all the way back then and from seeing her on Twitter. To me, that means it was super well known because I don't even go on Twitch, much less am I part of the community.
