I don't have a ton of options in town to go and look at. Our one place has had the same models I swear for the 17 years I have lived in this town. This drives me insane coming from areas that use to have more options. This gives me a way of looking at what is out there almost first hand as if I was there looking at them. It really is great for the fact I know what is out there, what to look for and what is standard and not standard right now. These are amazing thank you so much. Plus I love you say "home". Folks get trapped in the thought of the old mobile-style trailers or whatever. These are homes!

I love the butler's pantry by the fridge, and you get a regular pantry on the other side! How cool is that! Plus, lots of drawers in the kitchen, and a massive amount of countertop space and cabinets. I also love the little cabinet area in the dining room. You could set that up all sorts of ways. Lots to like in this model.

This one, I really like, Chance! I love the fifth bedroom option! I would lose the Jack-and-Jill bathroom, swap the tub/toilet area with the sink and add a door to the hallway. Then, I would close off the fifth bedroom with the third bathroom making a second master. It's smaller, buy that's okay because it's only me and I don't need a huge bedroom lol! I might also change the color scheme. I'm not sure about it. Love the butler's pantry but I think I would do a pocket door. Love the square sinks in the bathrooms! Also love the cabinet/shelves in the dining area; it would make for a great coffee station! I'm saving this video as an option if we decide to get one big house for all of us. Another great tour, Chance. Very nice home. I like the colors on the outside of the vinyl siding and the shutters. Really is a large home with the four bedrooms and three baths. Really like the flooring throughout and the den is super. Great fireplace. It makes for a wonderful family gathering area and game room and tvroom combination. The kitchen is nice with the large island and pantry and built in areas. I like the dining area and glass doors. Love the Jack and Jill bathrooms for two of the bedrooms. The master bedroom is a very good size and has a nice closet. The master bath is nice and a good size. This home has lots of possibilities for for decorating. this is very impressive!! glad to see two sinks in the j&j bathrm, master closet NOT attached to bathrm. perfect layout. the ONLY (very minor) changes i would make: white trim, front closet and wire racks out. overall this is by far the best home i have seen fr this manufacturer. usually, i don't like a sink in the island, but this island is so big there is still ample flat space for other uses. thank-you!

Nice Chance. The pantry was nice because you have so much cabinet space in the kitchen that could be utilized. It definitely has a western feel to it; when fashion changes there would be very little that one could do to mask those doors but it's cool. My hus is an artist so the four bedrms was wonderful. I could actually see him working that jack-&-jill combo, he'd have his own bathrm, the art room, and bedrm connected. I could still have what I want for a guest bedrm for the granddaus. Plus the den area could have seats that fold out to be beds for other family. It's definitely 👍👍!! Take care.

One of the better Clayton homes I've seen. The area around the fridge would be considered a pantry and the closet in the hall would be just that, a closet. Love the den and how the main bedroom is far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of the rest of the house. Great job finding this one.

I love love love this home. The rustic features are awesome. There are a few minor things I would change like the carpet in the bedrooms. I like the hardwood floors thur the entire home. Instead of the black trim and think I would rather have it brown. The counter tops are great and love the square sinks in the bathrooms. Love the barn door between the kitchen and den also. This home is just what I would want if I was in the market for one. All the homes you tour have come a very long ways from what they used to be like. Very impressive. You do an excellent job show them.
