This guy is definitely an ex-wrestler with years of experience, I could tell right away from how he started in top position, then when he used his hands, hips and turns to escape and wizard on feet, now he knows jits on top of that

Trains every single day without fail. As far as lifting I'm not sure. I know he's wrestled all his life and is a BJJ brown belt so already has crazy strength whether he lifts and works out or not

Nah, use this as motivation. Positional sparring….This kinda training is what makes you good. Slow and controlled. You see how the brown belt let him work. But high intensity rolling and getting your brains beat in by higher belts has its place though. Nice roll.

@@kile6180 I know who suffered greatly cause when they visited other grappling schools as blue belts, they kept their red/black fabric, so the receiving guys (black belts) put it on and went full steam on the poor blue belter, until he had to confess h was blue. The guys then said, ouf, you should tols us cause your rashguard was revealing us you are a black belt.

I think he is one of those guys who had black belts in like other Martial Arts before he did BJJ like Japanese Jiujitsu, Judo or Hapkido.
