I've been using moringa in my tea spritz for over a year and sprinkling dried moringa on my salads for about six months. However, last wash day, I added moringa powder to a mask for the first time with some other herbs I used before. Sis, oh my goodness. I could not believe how much it reduced my shedding. I was blown away. Initially, I planned to do a mask once per month, but this may have to be part of my bi-weekly regimen.

First, just subscribed. I’m bugging 😞. Second, girl who you tellin, taking herbs internally ain’t no joke! I added Moringa & ashwangandha to my seamoss & bladderwrack powder mix (2-3 tblspoons w/ 2 cups hot water turn into a gel). Anyway, I have new growth, like baby hair tufts aaaallllll over my head! About 3-4 inches compared to my now bra strap length. And my hairline has been trying to connect with my eyebrows.... I even caved and started laser hair removal because the hair growth is so serious. I added the herbs to my diet about 4-5 months ago btw 👀.

Super late on this, but I avoid clumps without needing a blender/hand blender by mixing all my powders together with a small amount of liquid first until I get a smooth paste, then add the rest of the liquid and it comes out nice and smooth. Takes an extra couple minutes but I'd rather that than having to wash my blender lol. But I'd bought Moringa a few weeks ago and can't stand the taste, so I'm excited to try this recipe out!
