Man Nick I have been following your journey for many years now and I have to say I respect your decision a lot. I made the same decision 5 Weeks ago and I feel a lot better now. Before that I was training everyday and sometimes twice a day, but when I combine that with work it just takes away all the life quality. Basically I was just training and working and had nothing else left for my life. Now I try to keep a good balance and also enjoy life, still working out 5 times a week. Also I really respect what a honest and reflected person you are. You really inspired me a lot to keep going in many times of my life, also at the dark times. I remember when you broke up with your last gf I could just tell that you were sad (even when you never talked about it) but you still kept going and never gave up. Just wanted to let you know and wanted to say thank you from germany. ❤💯

Hey Nick. I have followed you since the beginning and I have never seen you so exhausted. You are kicking ass- and NLP would really help you give the edge. It’s remote and it will update your mind & energy output. Professional athletes and even award winning therapists have had incredible success with NLP. 🧠👀💻

It's crazy how 'used to' feeling beatup you can get as an athlete... then once you fully recover and feel refreshed, you realize how fatigued you actually were. Always good to take a step back and recharge!
