Idk I'd hate to see Conan pimped out to any and every taker like some other franchises, but I don't think that's whats happening here. Outside of the typical Roblox zaniness, the game doesn't really do all too much with the lore, and Conan being in Mortal Kombat seems suitable for the character. When I see Conan in Fortnite double pumping Peter Griffin and hitting the nae nae, I'll have some serious concerns then 😂

I thought Chop Chop was pretty fun, even tho I'm not usually a fan of roguelikes. Roblox definitely has the mass appeal though, plus F2P always has more player potential I guess

i wish conan was still as difficult as it used to be taking on world bosses and the like used to be a fun challenge. one mistake could mean death and that was fun. this video does give me a spark of motivation to do another playthrough though.

Gonna be honest Era, Once Human has a really outstanding building system. It's an upgrade to the current conan system with even having the same qol issues in terms of build order and snapping. I'd wager you would be interested.

To be fair, if it was outsourced or a project by a team that doesn't work on Exiles, I don't mind it. I don't imagine it would have taken long to make, but no Exiles dev time should go to another game

It sounds fun and would indeed be a good way to get younger fans. A year ago I started playing Conan exiles because an older friend told me to, I am 16 now and if my friend hadn’t told me I probably wouldn’t have found out about it for a long time. I love the world of Conan the barbarian, it feels real with how much stuff there is, reading about it feels like reading an actual book about history.

Yeah there's isn't a whole lot of Conan material focused at the younger generations, mostly bc of its themes and style, which does hamper its reach a bit. It's one of the deepest franchises out there though in terms of information, and REH making most, if not all of the places somewhat analogous for the modern day keeps it relevant

@@bubzthetroll I don't imagine any Roblox items would come into CE, Funcom seem pretty focused on keeping the game's style consistent within the more mature theme. I didn't even know Roblox had Twitch drops tbh, there are plenty of armor skins and such they could add to CE: Horde Slayer

I wouldn't say ignoring, just the general slowness to fix stuff. I wouldn't be surprised if this was made by a different team tho, the developer information only says Funcom so it doesn't really tell you what team made it

Yeha I don't expect 99% of my audience to be interested in playing Roblox 😂 I probably won't play it again after having made this video, but it's a bit of fun from the usual themes of Conan Exiles

No idea tbh, though it's possibly not the Exiles team that worked on it. Given how many resources are reused from CE though (and possibly AoC though I'm less knowledgable on that) I'm guessing the dev time probably wasn't long, the game is pretty simple
