In my opinion they should buff the percentage of the heveanly mutation from 5% to 15% because the aurora rod has a 15% chance for the aurora mutation which is 6.5x so why not buff it in the first place why have it at 5% for the heveanly mutation. It makes no sense for me in my opinion.
