As a security guard myself on night shifts, i can say some weird stuff happens. Its scary, if something does manage to happen, your usually unarmed and alone. Its hard for a lot of people to do it

​@@novasoul99 depends on the facility, some will require that you will be armed. But even then usually the pay isn't worth engaging 😅. I was a night shift security in 2 places, one was unarmed and one was a patrol duty, and because the patrol duty worked with banks i had to be armed

Besides the hostile architecture, they've even straight up just removed benches in some stations and replace them with something to just lean on. Screw pregnant, old, and people with disabilities that need to sit down. :/

If they can't say the date specifically in games due to triggering reasons, they'll do it some other way. At least in some cases with some games, some developers. The world is diverse.

Yellow rough path can be used to indicate the end of the path, so the cane hits the bumps and the blind person knows not to go further that that and can follow the line of the path. In small spaces it is better to position it next to the wall then the center so that two directions of movement can be established.

BTW about the hostile architecture It not only makes it worse for the homeless but often Everyone. Some benches are made so you cant sit on it too long that its painful some that you cannot even lay on it so if u dizzy you gotta lay on the ground ig Like AAA Yes lets invest money to make something worse for everyone that will solve the issue !

Definitely an interesting game although I had a slight feeling that the MC was going to be the one that killed that one guy. Unfortunately I wasn't too sure if the Homeless man was a myth of people's imagination or if the ending was an indication that he's real and driving people mad before getting sent to an mental institution. Because it's weird right if he wasn't real he wouldn't be in the picture but he's caught in one of the photos so doesn't that mean that he's real? in that perspective at least. I wonder if we'll get another sequel to this I'd be down to see if they'll do more with the MC but it'd be during his stay in the asylum and such and the Homeless man stalks him throughout driving him more mad or if he has to face his inner demons. The game is great and I enjoyed the video :D

I didn’t even know this was the same makers of Graveyard Shift so some of the assets they used was so familiar and I still didn’t figure it out until the end of the game and I was so baffled by how good this game is! I have a feeling Darkphobia is improving with their graphics, storytelling and even jumpscares and atmosphere and I really like their style of making games for sure, good work to them and thank you once again Insym for the amazing video, keep it up~

I work as a guard myself, I'm not allowed to have ANY sort of weapon, not even pepper spray. My city has a lot of not mentally well/aggressive vagrants. When I work nights, I'm alone for this position. There's no partner like the other ones I've worked. It's relaxing to be in such a quiet and uneventful place at night, but I'm always on edge whenever a vagrant strays too close to my post which is outside the building.

Great atmospheric experience until that ending. Would've been much better removing the shotgun and putting a cutscene that either shows the character being consumed by his madness or being killed by the long-lived entity. Idk if they had way more planned and cut it short or didn't know how to give closure to the character.

He was talking about the "blind people" walkway being along the walls and deriding it, but it actually makes perfect sense. Blind people use canes to navigate typically, and the bumpy floor will warn them before they walk off-track.
